The cards for the lift and room were temperamental. We had to ask reception to sort our room cards. It does not always work. Friendly staff. Hot food not hot.

Enjoyed breakfast, staff very friendly and really accommodating. Free hot drinks machine and cold water machine. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Internet was slow except late at night.

Comfortable, quiet, good size room with an aircon that kept the room cool with minimal noise. We slept extremely well. Well located near tram stops that made getting around the city easy. Easy walking distance to Parliament, the banks of the Danube and to the district V restaurants. Staff were attentive and helpful. Aldi supermarket just down the street. Iced water dispenser and coffee/tea available 24/7.

the way the furniture was organized (there was no good way to see yourself in a full-body mirror and if you sat in one of the chairs you'd hit your head on a sconce)

The room cards got demagnetized for couple of time but the reception staff replaced them immediately so no issues

Everything was just fine, it's not the first time staying in this hotel and each time its great, reason for which its my first option when visiting Budapest.

Rooms are really small. For the third bed we paid quite a lot, but the size of the room stayed the same. Hotel does not have parking, and the garage that was recommended by hotel was extremely expensive, 60 eur/day.

Very good breakfast, good location, free coffee in the nice lobby, kind staff at reception. Check out time till noon.

Rooms overlook inner courtyard and the neighbouring building is abandoned and unattractive.

Rooms are too small and overall it felt a bit overpriced place but I guess it’s all about the location.

Great central location. Paid parkings available nearby. Comfortable beds. You need to make sure you won’t be on the ground floor because if you open the window you will feel as if you are on the street and it’s not safe and private.

The room didn't have a toilet brush, and the whole concept of eko - friendly hotel lacks toiletries

The hotel is in a good location, most of the landmarks are within walking distance, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is good. You get unlimited WiFi, coffee and water - refill station.

I actually didn’t stay there, because I booked a room via Booking.com but unfortunately they were already fully booked and I pre-payed. The reception helped me find another room in one of their other hotels and I got a much nicer room in Aurea Ana Palace Hotel just a 10 minute walk from the original hotel. I was very pleased with this customer service.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and in great location to take in all the sights. Great value for money. Great to have the free drinks bar for coffee , tea and hot chocolate. Nice touch.

The bathroom doors were a bit odd, not allowing privacy from people in the room.

The location of the hotel was amazing, ver central to so many things so it was very easy to walk whenever we wanted to go.

Maybe some slippers in the room would have been nice. The breakfast does not have a huge variety of food, but more than enough.

Nice hotel in the center of Budapest. Clean and comfy rooms, nice breakfast, sauna available. Luggage storage is also available. I loved having a lobby with free coffee and water.

Beautifully decorated hotel,had a luxurious and comfy feel. The staff were very kind and always there to help. Very clean and spacious rooms, they had all the amenities one could need during the stay, comfortable bed, good pillows, breakfast was abundant and varied. Convenient location that was close to many attractions and in a quiet street.Loved the coffee space( delicious coffee) and the sauna! Highly recommended option when staying in Budapest😊
