Mosquitoes arround the hotel. Poor english of staff, answering on english question in german. Breakfast are the same for every day, You have to order drink for dinner, there isnt any water for free. There isnt any space at the parking gate to go and you have to go after grass, if you want to go away.

Room wasn't that spacious for a couple + a boy and a baby, but really not a big deal.

Extremely suitable for families with children, lots of activities and facilities for the young ones. The food was incredible and diverse, with different meals every morning and evening. The location about the Keszthely promenade, giant wheel and the beach was incredible (with beautiful Balaton view off the window), and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Nothing, we liked everything about it.

Everything was perfect, food was really delicious and buffet had great variety of dishes. staff were extremely helpful, special thanks to Tamas who helped us fixing our TV and moved us to an amazing room. Pools were amazing with lots of sauna programs. They have kids room which was great to spend time with little ones along with outdoor playground and this one was just perfect to spend good quality time with all family.

The access to the lake is a little difficult at first as you have to remember to go from the first floor not the ground floor.

This hotel is very new and accommodation is a very good standard. It was easy to find and right on the waterfront with access to the lake for swimming. The (included) evening meal and breakfast were absolutely first class with a huge variety of food types. They appeared to use lots of local ingredients. We were on motorbikes and the parking was flat and good and behind a security barrier but not undercover.

Lovely location right on the water with large new rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast! Lots of spa facilites but we didn´t have time to enjoy them as we were there for a triathlon race.

Not friendly staff at check in, for one room we were told on the booking that it had a view of the lake, but it only had a partial view, they couldn't give us 2 rooms next to each other, but that's not a big problem, after we checked in and got the keys, the woman at the reception sent us back to check in again because something is not right in the system, so she gave us another room that wasn't ready, so we still had to wait even though it was past check-in time, when we went to the room after a while because it should have been ready, it wasn't ready yet and the housekeeper manager was also unkind because she thought we were all sleeping in the same room and not in two different ones. That same evening we couldn't get into the room because the key didn't work. We went to the reception to the same rude lady who checked us in and told her that our key didn't work, she looked like she didn't do anything, she just took the key and gave it to us again. Of course we went back to the room and the key didn't work. We went back to the reception and then the other lady told us that she knew what was going on and immediately fixed the key. Everything would be perfect if it weren't for a certain rude staff.

Food offer was amazing, diverse and tasty, be it breakfast or dinner. Generally speaking, all was fine, professional attitude from employees, and wonderful stay. Strongly recommended

Our room had only side lake view and there was no coffee available in the room, a bit unexpected for this kind of hotel, some dishes in the room and in the restaurant were not fully clean

Small struggle with booking thru Booking. When ariving, we had to go thru all of booking procedure via Booking once again, since the hotel did not have any rooms (except Deluxe 1thousand EUR/night) available. All did work out well. Its family friendly hotel, so you have to expect allot of children during your stay. Children were behaving well, spa was partly separated. German language was easy to use, English was bit difficult at some areas. One side of matrace was "worn out", so i could not sleep close to side edge.

Location, hotel equipment, food, bar, service, masage, spa. Room was spacy and very well situated. We did appreciate 2 handbasin in bathroom and separated restroom.

The hotel should enable the guests to keep using the wellness area also after check out at 10 AM. At first they asked to charge us for the use after 10, we had to insist and explain we are not going to stay after 11am to avoid payment. SPA and wellness opens only at 8 AM.

We were very well treated in all spaces. I want to pay my regards to the sauna-mester Csaba and his wife ,who made our experience so magnificent.... Food was very divers and tasty. We enjoyed the experience of sun-bathing on the little private island , doubled by a swim in Balaton Lake.
