spacious and very well located apt. On request we got plenty of towels. Very convenient that in essence it has two bathrooms. Quiet. 5 min from two main Metro and a multitude of bus and streetcar stops. Parking was very convenient in Realtanoda Utca garage (1 block away), HUF 10,000/per day, HUF 40,000 per wk with in/out privileges. Close to many reastaurants, Aldi's, and other stores. Tamas (host) very easy to communicate with, Zsuzsa (care taker) is a gem.

One of us liked the very firm beds, but the other two of us thought they were too hard.

We stayed here for ten nights over Easter. Amazing location. Right on the main pedestrian street, yet quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. 4-5 minutes walk to the trams and the metro. Easy walking to plenty of sights. Cafes and restaurants all around us. We were met by a very friendly person who gave us the keys and showed us everything we needed in the apartment. Good sized bathroom with bathtub. Comfortable living room. We didn't cook at all but used the kitchen for coffee and breakfast products that we bought at a supermarket. It was great for this. When we were tired of eating out for dinner we bought takeaway food from the langos place next door or the hummous bar a few doors down and ate at the large dining table. So much more comfortable staying here than in a hotel, because the apartment was spacious enough that the three of us could sit around and relax when we were tired of sightseeing, without getting in each other's way. Excellent value for the money! We would stay here again.

This apartment has everything, but it is not as good as it looked in the pictures. The sofa, for example, was piling out and those small pieces of leather stiket to the clothes. It is not provided cleaning. A hover is available, but it would be great to have a mop as well.. it has a wash machine but I couldn't find a clothes rack to leave the clothes to dry.

As the host has many apartments in Budapest, I am relating to the one on Vaci 78/80. It is an old building. The condition of the apartment is not "shiny"and bright. Although it is fully equipped, keep in mind evrything is quite elementry and basic simple.

It certainly met my expectations. Location is great. apartment is comfortable. Host was very cooeperative. Apartment is fully equipped

The location is perfect near everything. The apartment is huge with lovely bedrooms and a nice balcony. Friendly host, she was lovely and explained everything so well, she also let us check in earlier as we arrived a bit earlier.

The internet was not working (connects but signal is very very poor) and this was problematic as one of us had to actually work while there. Had a phone call with the host beforehand who shouted to me on the phone(!!)just because I wanted to verify how we’ll get the keys to the place which made the whole experience quite stressful. The location on the main website is NOT the same for all properties which is misleading.

The appartment was uninviting, and the beds and couch were not very comfy. Some small additions and investments would make the place much more pleasant (for example replacing one of the half-broken fans which were very necessary in the hot appartment, since there is no airconditioning), although I am aware that this is standard for this type of holiday rental. The mattresses and pillows were obviously old and used with many stains visible when the sheets shifted. The staff that showed us the room was helpful and polite, but the owner was very rude when asked a question.

The location was outstanding and the place was clean.

It would be nice to have some complimentary drinking water especially when you arrive at night time and all shops are closed.

Apartment is spacious and its near the city.Near the Market Hall,Street food Caravan and Astoria train station that will connect you to any part of the city.The apartment is warm clean and comfortable.The apartment is also near to the restaurant and shops where you can buy food,drink etc.Thanks to Thomas who gave us a late check out.Its a credit.
