Dark (no outside view). A curtain holder broke and was hanging dangerously above a bed, they could only come repair it at 4am in the night?? We refused that hour and had to live with it for 2 more nights. They were sweet and wanted to help but had a lack of staff. A bit outdated; closet broken, bed broken,..

Fantastic location! Nice calm street but very very close to everything. Quiet in the night. There are in total 6 places to sleep (4 in the bedroom -> a double bed and a sleeping couch and 2 in the other room -> sleeping couch). We could enter before the usual hour! There was a fan (only 1 though)

Bathroom shower had quite a few issues. Shower head leaking, hand wand didn't fit in hanger, shower curtain rod falling down and shower drain seemed clogged. Hopefully location fixes what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

The neighbours were noisy,someone was walking outside in the middle of the night and within the building.

The apartment is close to the city center (basically on the main street), close to the shops, subway, airport bus and trams. It was clean and spacious. The owner provided cosmetics and towels. Checking in was pretty simple.

The apartment looks more luxury on the pictures than in reality. I would definitely describe it as being rather ordinary, standard apartment than luxury. For 4 people, there are not enough kitchen utensils (cups, knives, ...). For cooking it is definitely underequipped. The bed in the second bedroom is very unconfortable because it is a folding bed and the matresses don't hold together so you will end up sleeping in a matress gap.

The apartment is in the absolute city center and is quite large. The company responded quickly to all our requests. The check-in is fully on-line and automatic.

rather poor cleaning (the sheets); the bathroom shower tub was leaking; the coffee machine was not functional (the on/off button was stuck), although it had a new coffee filter already arranged in the machine (the owners were attentive)

Central location, close to sightseeing objectives in Budapest. The apartment is large, fit for even 6 persons, with two rooms and a hall with kitchen. The couches were already unfolder and prepared for sleeping.

If you are with a car it can be problematic. You can stop the car next to the Kempinski hotel for 5 minutes to drop your luggage, but if you want to park it for a longer time, you will have to find a diferent solution. But if you use public transport, you are fine. There is a metro line 5min walk away.

The host will contact you and send a PDF file with very clear instructions how to enter the building. It has pictures and very clear markings how and where to go. You first have to go threw an old halway but once youre in the room its amazing. Good wifi, nice shower and clean kitchen with microwave. Everything is done without meeting the host. We had to check-out a 2.00am and it was without a problem. Recommend it

We had to ask for soap and toilet rolls and extra sheets for the chair beds. The tv was broken, attempted to fix it and then nothing further. No contact about the TV. Same for the coffee machine, reported broken and no response. The walls are thin, but the neighbour is pretty hilarious, strong views. He gets up at 6:30am.

The location was amazing. Right in the heart of the city and walking distance of everything. The big bed was comfortable, there were 3 sofa beds too that we used and these were good. The apartment was warm and the check in simple and very easy.

The apartment was not really luxury - we were a group of 4 and two of us had to sleep on a very uncomfortable and small sofa. Also the carpets in there were not really clean and the shower curtain and the drain was not really either.

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to everything.
