Gabor met us at the property on arrival, couldn’t have been easier! The apartment is in a lovely old building, Gabor took time to explain the history and walked us around the beautiful renovation. Everything is new and clean, the apartment has everything you could need, including umbrellas! Although with 4 days of bright sunshine, we didn’t need them. Easy walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a 5 minute stroll to the Danube. We walked for miles, loved every step, highly recommended.

An exceptional host who could not do enough to accommodate us during our stay. Spotless and welcoming apartment with modern appliances and creative design. Positioned in a good location for easy access to both Buda and Pest and in walking distance of all the main attractions (mild fitness required). The local area was relatively clean and quiet during the evenings. Invaluable recommendations from the host for eateries, bars and local culture.

Nothing! Loved it!

The facilities available within the apartment were brilliant, Gabor had thought of everything - travel plugs, umbrellas, rain macks, extra toilet paper, washer and dryer, hair dryer and more. Even the TV was set up with the majority of streaming networks signed in and free to use. The apartment was clean, easily accessible from the street to the lift (3rd floor) But note the bed is accessible via a staircase, situated atop of the blue kitchen cabinets. Incredibly comfy bed and easily accessible if you are physically mobile. The location for us was great. It was quiet, and enabled quick access to the metro and buses to reach the further reaches of the city. We'd planned to do a lot of exploring so walking for us was no big deal.

Gabor is a great host. On arrival we were shown round on a detailed tour where everything was, and how to use things that we need for our stay. He also went out of his way to send us a detailed list of recommendations for dinner, lunch and drinks which I thought was a really nice touch. The apartment itself is amazing it’s super clean and super stylish and everything has been thought out down to the little details. The location is great and in close, walking distance to everything you need. Our stay with amazing and if we return to Budapest, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Some slightly larger towels and perhaps some extra large pillows would be nice, but that's just personal and a bit picky.

The apartment was beautiful and fitted out to a very high standard. Everything you could require for a long stay was provided and all of the appliances where top spec. The apartment is just up the street from the main market and a short walk into the center of town. An excellent location. Gabor, our host was incredibly helpful and met us on arrival and showed us all the amenities and functions of the place. Really can't fault much of anything.

I Liked everything about this spot and its location. cant fault a thing.

Loved the location. Central with a nice market 50 meters from the apartment. Metro line also very close that takes you to all the amin attractions. Overall a great stay in a modern apartment.

Everything was great!!

This apartment was beautiful and very welcoming. When we arrived the owner came to explain all we needed to know about the place. It is very clean and well equipped. There is a lot of natural light coming in during the day and the neighborhood is very pleasant. Gabor was lovely and answered every question we had. We highly recommend this place!!

We loved everything about this apartment - the location, the furnishings, the spaciousness. Gabor was so informative, both about the historic building the apartment is in and local attractions and restaurants around Budapest. The apartment itself is better than the photos and extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. If we were returning to Budapest we would definitely book this place again.

While not an issue for us, the mezzanine bedroom might be a challenge for some.

The owner welcomed us and provided outstanding information and follow up. This is a wonderfully renovated apartment in a terrific location. We could walk everywhere and market hall is nearby. Outstanding.

Nothing. We loved the apartment. My only thought is that elderly people might find it less comfortable to get in and out of the bed as it is situated low and need to climb a few stairs to reach the bed level. We found the bed very comfortable.

The apartment is both amazingly beautiful and functional. Sparkling clean and equiped with kitchen and washer/DRYER. Set in a 19th century building and newly renovated. The location is fantastic right next to the market hall and modes of transportation. Gabo, the host, was terrific. Nice, accomodating, helpful and patient. He was always willing to help and offered many recommendations. He also left us something to eat as We arrived late at night which was very considerate. We had a wonderful stay.

The loft area is beautiful and well planned for a small apartment but it is difficult to get in and out of the bed.

Loved the decor and the close proximity to the Danube and Market Hall. easy walk to major sites on the Pest side of the city. Close to shopping, cafes, and grocery.

The host was very welcoming and met us at the bus stop, he showed us some nearby restaurants/ bars and also sent a list of recommendations. The apartment is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and even extras such as makeup remover, plasters, lint rollers & spare adapters. We had an evening flight home and the host was able to arrange for us to stay at the apartment until we had to leave for the airport, he was very helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely perfect! Gabor was the best host. He welcomed us and answered all of our questions about the country. the apartment is gorgeous, fabulous bathtub, very comfortable bed, and I loved the decoration. There was even a Christmas tree so we were delighted. Best apartment in Budapest, guaranteed. And my husband was so happy about the Nespresso machine ahah. we were able to leave our bags there at 11 before check-in, and Gabor agreed to a super early check-in. And did I mention that it’s right next to the Central Market?? I mean c’mon. Thank you for everything!!

Apartment was really spacious and cozy. You can feel the original architecture in modern design. Location is great near city center even if you come by car there is possibility to park in private garage (2 minutes walk).

The apartment is absolutely stunning! It has both the historical (original) vibe and a modern twist, very well equipped. The most beautiful place we have ever stayed at! Every detail of the apartment is so well thought out both from the aesthetic and practical (ergonomic) point of view. And the host Gabor is just wonderful, very helpful! He introduced us not only to the building and the apartment but gave us also some great recommendations for local restaurants.
