The coffee machine wasn’t working but they offered me a coffee instead. Also the telephone was not working in my room so I had to call the hotel number when I needed room service/reception.

For me was very dissapointing wrong information about the room equipment, so be careful . There is no smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix… as it was stated (and still it is! )on the booking.com website. I told the receptionist to correct it ,but as I can still no change . So the TV is useless for foreigners.

The atmosphere in atrium was very quiet at night / in the afternoon. If the restaurant was open to outsiders, with a menu matching the modern, luxurious aesthetics of the hotel, this might add a little more life to an otherwise quiet atrium.

The room was excellent and the same goes for the setting and decoration of the hotel. The facilities such as the pool, hamam, gym and the breakfast (area) were outstanding.

the King Suite on the 5th floor was supposed to be with a view, however there was a wide ledge under the window, so I couldn't see anything below. Our another room with a view to the internal restaurant court was much more interesting. The biggest disappointment - lack of view to the street.

the hotel was very nice. location perfect. stuff friendly and helpful. the restaurant downstairs was great, though not too many people visited, i really recommend both Pavillion and Anton bar, and Italian restaurant as well. Barmen are very knowledgeable and skillful. water bar on every floor - is a great idea!
