Breakfast, warm hospitality comfortable room

The air-conditioning was not very powerful and our room was very hot. The fridge didn't seem to work either. There were no English language channels on the TV so we didn't use it at all

Nice reception area and garden for having breakfast in. Our room was a good size, clean and nicely furnished. There was lots of choice at breakfast. The area around the hotel is very nice with some cool places to go. It's also close to public transport which is very frequent and cheap.

In Corvin wing room was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. Hotel has a garden where you can eat very good breakfast and enjoy your coffee.

The room was very warm and the air con isn't activated till June. We opened the window instead which made it lovely and cool but although we were on a quiet street there was still enough noise to disturb our sleep.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Fair choice of food at breakfast. Courtyard garden where we drank our coffee after breakfast. The room wasn't large but there was lots of storage space.

Hand held shower head in 2024!! AC didn't seem to work very well eventhough it looked simple to use. Sofa could do with a surface wash. Safe no key or instructions on paper. Some light bulbs gone.

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. No problem getting extra pillows. Friendly staff. Balcony and able to open the windows. Breakfast. Near trams and the river with restaurants and little shops nearby.

We are a group of friends that stayed in the hotel. Everything went well. Everybody was happy with the hotel facilities and the staff. Breakfast was plentiful. Overall we had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

Overall experience was good, Staffs are friendly,Good connectivity to tram stations,Good breakfast i would have loved some more if there were more veggies in the morning,but for the prices it's worth it.Saftey is guaranteed, After checkout I left things in the hotel just called them they kept it in the reception. Would recommend for sure.

We arrived in a beautiful place that is cared a lot of the hotel in a clean nice district. If yiu go by your car be sure the hotel will care of your parking. Here you will feel that you are truly welcome :) The room was excellent, clean etc .. We had a nice balcony :) Delicious breakfast with a big variety of food ! Coffee was excellent!

Toilet paper is dangerously thin and pillows could be better.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. Air conditioning a bit too hot and difficult to balance.

The suite was lovely, large and with a good sized balcony. Great location in Corvin and a couple of minutes from the 4 and 6 trams and a very good breakfast buffet.

Reception is good but not too welcoming!

Maids are exceptional, my room is every day cleaned up, change towels and I never disturb by them, 10+. Hotel is in very good and quite location outside of the city noise, very nice yard and excellent restaurant!

The rooms had carpet on the floors, not the best if you suffer from allergies ect.

Lovely breakfast and location, a real value for money! We appreciated the very large breakfast, the 24h reception and the closeness to the corvin metro station. The room was medium sized, practical and clean and warm water was always available. Overall an excellent stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was very nice and clean. The buffet choices were good. The staff was always available and prompt. The room for 3 people was spacious and clean. Public transportation was a few minutes walk, but we didn't know how to get it, but the front desk was very helpful in getting us taxis.

Everything was up to the highest standard. The staff is very nice, the room was cosy. Breakfast was also the high point of the hotel, as everything was really tasty and nicely served. Hotel is close to many important things that you have to see. You also have metro nearby, but don't go there unless you really wish to travel with it- they charge you with nice fine if they see you standing there and taking photos! You can park in their garage which is nice thing to know, as there is next to none available space on the street and you have to purchase ticket virtually everywhere you park.

Great location for all transport links. Very clean and adequate rooms plus staff were helpful.
