A very nice place, clean, cozy, full kitchen, terrace. Parking place available upon payment, which was a plus, and great location, close to stores and restaurants.

A fan loud like a helicopter, with a timeout of 20 minutes. When I called the administration, they first reacted like "can't do anything about it". They only reacted properly after I pressed. Not the nicest.

Everything. The location itself was great: lots of restaurants, asian, european…at the corner you can find a supermarket and in front an oriental supermarket, and in the same street there is also a mall. The apartment is also near the transportations (metro and bus). And as for the apartment, very big, spacious apartment and terrace with a lot of sunlight, clean, minimalist and perfect for groups. They also allowed us to make an early check-in because which we appreciated so much because we’ve rented an apartment previously that it was not what we expected. We’ve liked as well the personnel, even before going at the reception they do respond quickly and effectively 🙏🏼 If we would go back to Budapest we would check in there again, and definitely suggest it to our friends 🙏🏼 Great experience

Perfect location, clean, spacious and quiet room. Staff was very nice. Kitchen is not well equipped, but it wasn't needed, just realized that might be too low profile for a longer stay.

Difficult check-in experience if you are arriving by your own car. One has to find a parking slot somewhere at a busy location, go to the reception and collect the keys. Then you have to go to another building and park in their basement. From there, there is no direct access to the apartment so you carry your luggage to the ground floor, walk to the other building for its access (not applicable if you are not using their parking). Repeat the same when you check-out. It is a big task in itself. :( Cleanliness can be improved. Lot of dust on the floor under the bed and behind washing machine. There were no dust-pans, no knives, no oven gloves and the clothes drying rack was broken. Maintenance team needs to be little more vigilant about these small things.

Superb location right above a busy market / next to a mall. Lot of eating joints & a departmental store around. Comfortable and a cozy apartment (exactly same as what you see). Metro station is just 7-8 mins away. Availability of parking (expensive at about EUR 18-19 per night). Don't forget to carry your own detergent, soap / shampoo.

Finding the reception of the hotel was not easy.

Nice place, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast crew from "California Coffe Company" was amazing.

Last minute offerings are different from what is charged ( Larger by 30% or so) and Inflexibility of the system and the " dead eye" none shall pass staff . I got a canceled credit card and asked a trusted person to book the room for me that evening and he was charged more than I got as a booking offering by roughly 30%. At arrival I was asked for a 100 euros deposit , but only with a credit card, no cash. No refunds if you don't produce that electronic payment. Sleep on the street. As dead eye staff later said calmly " its In an email" , one of four you receive " upon " payment. So my issue is that Inflexibility is so frustrating that I needed to wake up that person far far away to make additional 100 payment, and I had cash with me. So next time take cash, send the cleaning lady to check if room is ok and give the money back upon checking out. It's not that difficult.

The AC being in only one room, the sitting room/ kitchen. You would be better off sleeping in the sitting room bed. Other than that, no complaints!

It was very spacious and clean. It had a washing machine in the bathroom with a clothes horse outside, very useful. There was modern appliances in the kitchen and reliable WI-FI. Staff at check in were very friendly. Good nearby food spots, would recommend the Ramen restaurant. Metro only few minutes walk and 5 mins on train to main centre.

The furniture was barren and the walls were bare, nothing cool like in the pictures. So that’s a little disappointing. And the AC barely worked when standing directly under it. Did not cool the bedroom at all. But granted we were there during a very hot week.

We had to wait a longer while to get to the reception building. They are blocking 100E on your credit card during the check in. It was not so obvious while dooing reservation on booking site (most probably - Small letters)

Everything was more than perfect - spacious, clean, near the metro station, easy check-in and check-out. There is a paid option for parking. In the apartment there is everything that you might need.

The apartment where we stayed, needs renovation. Worn and dirty. The cleaner hasn't been on the balcony for a long time. Please add a towel rack to the toilet as well, it's not nice to run around the apartment with wet hands.

It is a large number of apartments in different buildings, and therefore all these visitor comments here are also about very different apartments. The reception and our apartment were in different buildings. Close to shopping and restaurants. The problem was with the shower head, but it was quickly solved in the morning.

The reception looked like a weird improvisation from an apartment kitchen. We were not informed in advance about the parking fee and the mandatory 100 EUR deposit. The whole experience was not what we expected from a hotel. Everything was spread in different locations: the reception, the rooms, and the parking were spread in different buildings, and the breakfast was at a café bistro.
