It was surprising that such a modern apartment recently built or renovated showed since of shoddy workmanship, the bedroom floor had rippling, the kitchen counter had a rift (badly jointed) that no new homeowner would accept were it theirs...It seems the workmen were in a hurry.

The location was outstanding, with lots of shops and restaurants and a shopping mall all just outside the doors. The loggia was a comfortable place for cheese and wine, with nightlife below us but not too loud. The wifi worked, the bed comfortable and the shower was nice.

Please do not get me wrong, I am writing everything below as a feedback to property, if they solve it, it will be 10/10 apartment Amazing build-in facilities in the kitchen (like fridge and coffee machine from Whirlpool brand) are not repaired in time and they are either brocken in some parts (e.g. fridge didn't have any single remaining side sheld for bottles, the entire door section was empty, the freezer section also had damages in it) or missing some crucial parts (e.g. coffee machine was missing the part where you put ground coffee, which makes the entire coffee machine useless, which is sad, they added a nice built-in coffee machine, but you cannot use it due to one missing part) Apartment misses some basic facilities and content, it has a bunch of different places to store something, especially on the kitchen, but everything is empty. You have a couple of glasses, a couple of dishes, one knife for bread and some spoons, forks, but it is not enough even for 2 people for one day. The quality of everything what is not built-in is also much worse, it is just cheap, trashy small electronics and kitchenware in small quantity. It has some nice stove and oven to cook, but the only one frying pan is cheap and in bad state, there is not enough plates and knives to cook something, there is no salt, pepper or sunflower oil. If you decide to really cook there, you will need to buy a bunch of things which should be left or thrown away after your vacation. There is a separated trash policy in Budapest (plastic, paper and other things separately), but apartment has only one trash bin (how can I collect things separately if I have only one place to put it?) and then there is a lack of signs where to actually bring it. I spent half an hour trying to find the right floor and door for trash containers (do not expect that any door has english sign on it)

Apartment is located on a nice tourist kind of street with its own wibe and day/evening/night life. It is quite close to the city center and to the public transport, but could be a bit closer, you feel it after several days of walking :) It is a super huge apartment, very comfortable and with a full-sized kitchen equiped with all kind of build-in devices (full-size fridge, oven, microwave oven, stove, even waching and coffee machines) People on the reception were nice, friendly, did everything quickly and efficiently and spoke several languages to us It also has a bath tube to relax after walking, which is super useful

Even though the flat was rented for 4 people there were only 2 forks and 2 large plates. The rest of equipment raises no objections.

Vision Apartments is a company that has a buyout of several apartments in a well-connected area. The apartments are in blocks of apartments with intercoms, security. They are clean and well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, this is a good place to stay even more than a few days.

The apartment was really big and spacious. We had a kitchen and living room, separate bedroom and two bathrooms. The location is near to a shopping center, just 100m,distance, and really close to a metro station. It's bit far from the city center, but the walk to the center is quite nice.

The area was busy and noisy because we had to open the window and door. The air-conditioning was not working and we were not informed ahead. The place was not accessible to public transport. You have to walk for 10 mins to take the Metro.

The apartment was surrounded by many shops. The room was big, nice and clean.

The security deposit they took from my card and I asked to pay cash, as the exchange rate+bank fees will not be for my good. So they took 40 000 huf, which is more than 100€ (102.54 €) and when they return the deposit still I will not get back the full amount. So insist on paying the deposit in cash.

The location is very good. Friendly and helpful people at reception. The apartment was clean and nice. It has a big balcony.

I did not like the way check-in and check-out is organized at this accommodation. Before you get to rest in the apartment you have to do a marathon of the bermuda triangle. You have to go to a certain building where they have the reception and you have to get your key. Then, after you got your key, you have to go to the second building if you somehow bought a parking lot, to park your car and from there you go out and look for the third building where the accommodation is. In the morning, you do the bermuda triangle again: you have to go get your car out of the parking lot, then find a place to park it without getting fined, and go to the building where you checked in to leave the key in a mailbox. This whole thing if I had known in advance I wouldn't have booked here. Was it difficult to leave a locker near the door of the apartment where you are staying without making the Bermuda triangle?

Rooms were very spacy, the apartment seemed to be bigger in reality than on pictures. The personnal was nice. The location of apartment was great - many restaurants on the street, shopping facilities, shopping center and close to metro. Very good! We had 2 big balconies facing the pedestrian area with park so it was great to sit and enjoy view and calm aptmosphere.

The bed was not very comfortable and the information about getting into the apartment building was not sufficient. Some of the furniture was worn out, one of the venetian blinds was torn and not repaired, the upholstery of the couch in the living room was burnt at one spot and never repaired. The building looks better on the outside than on the inside, we expected more from it based on the photographs.

The location could not be better, there were restaurants and shops in front of the apartment. Car park was available in the apartment building. It is close to Üllői street that took us to the airport by car and the underground station was also nearby. The bathroom was sufficiently clean.

Towels were small and had an awkward smell. If you are solo and come by car, you risk a fine from police, as you don’t have where to park your car till you get the keys for the garage; the same when you leave and have to return personally the keys

Just 1 pan and a poor set of cutlery in the kitchen. No salt, no sugar, no vegetable oil, no frying pan, no cutting board, no kitchen towel. If you stay for more that 2-3 nights you might need a frying pan at least. We bought salt and vegetable oil, brought sugar but what about frying pan?

Nice appartment in the perfect location (for us). All kitchen appliances are in a good condition. The management company has several appartments in different building in the block. Address indicated in description is the address of the office where you can get your keys.

Overall, we were satisfied. Location is not far away from the centre. Near are metro and tram station (max. 5 min.)There is also a lot of restaurants, bars and grocery shop near by. Apartman was clean, big enough for 2 people with a balcony. Breakfast could be better, too small portion (just 3 menu options).

Apartment is not in the building located on booking, which is not mentioned in the description. Location is still quite far away from city center. Hard to find reception and when i called they didn’t answer phone. Neighbor was listening to music so loudly till ~2-3 am, very annoying! Pillows are very soft and not comfortable. No towels on kitchen, no small towels in shower. Not very clean utensils. Bathroom was also not very clean - there were hair. For key return, you have to walk all the way down to the building where reception is, go up and leave the key in box, even though you have to check out very early or late.

Apartment is big, area is nice and new, a lot of shops are nearby. Apartment was ready ~2h before check-in time. Very nice view from balcony!

Apartment was not very clean. Missing sheets and towels, but that got resolved. No soap. We had to ask. They gave us one, even there were two bathrooms. The apartment did not really look like in the pictures. You have to do an online check in, but they also ask for your ID/passport when you get there.

Very good location with a lot of stores and restaurants and also a mall for parking. The staff was responsive to our requests. The beds were comfortable.
