Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Corinthia is our favorite hotel! Every time we want to celebrate an important event - we book this wonderful hotel. And as always, the experience was amazing. We came to celebrate a private event, and therefore the hotel made sure that an excellent whipped cream cakes and freshly squeezed orange juice will wait for us in our room. And regardless - this is a top class hotel. Huge and clean rooms, kind and charming staff, excellent facilities, and a great location in Budapest. Can't ask for more than that.

United StatesAlthough I enjoyed the spa facilities, it got crowded at times and wasn't a pleasant experience. Beds would be completed fill as well as jacuzzis and saunas. It would be nice if there was a booking/reservation schedule implemented for crowd control. Also more beds for relaxing.

United StatesBreakfast can be a bit manic, it may have been a bad morning, but staff were unable to clear tables quickly enough.so left searching for a table and having to angle around them waiting for a table to be cleaned. Selection, choice, and quality are really good. But dd feel a bit like a mad all inclusive service rather than a relaxed environment.
Beautiful surroundings good location in the heart of the city, about 25m walk from danube and the bridge to Margaret island. Which is also close to the parliament building, both a must see.. Beautiful spa with pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi included with the right rooms. Can get busy and getting a bed to leave your belongings on a bit challenging. There are no lockers from what we saw, so you may have to just leave them on a bench but not a major issue.

we were upgraded at the checking. so this review is for a suite not a double room. the room was spacious, having a separate sitting room, 2 bathrooms, walk in wardrobe and bedroom. very nice decor and 2 tv's the room itself was really great we were very comfortable and the added space ment I was able to get up, while my husband had a much needed lay in. I would say, ununfortunately the bathrooms do let the entire room down tho. they are tired and outdated. the shower heads are so powerful it hurts your skin. the water temperature fluctuates on its own from scorching to cold. the mamaster bathroom had a hand held shower head but no real way to have it pointed down unless you held it. every woman with long and especially curly hair will know that getting your head wet every shower is a pain and unhealthy for your scalp. as the cubicle was small that ment hand held shower leaked everywhere makmaking a flood outside. the room cleaner did less than a bare minimum. our duvet must have had a hole somewhere as the feathers were everywhere. we left some water bags from crisps on the table and she didn't even clear that.

United KingdomHousekeeping were a bit hit and miss. Forgot to service our room second day, forgot to re stock and replenish 3rd day but once highlighted to reception, it was resolved quickly but causes inconvenience. No kettle as standard but one was provided on request.
Fabulous location. Stunning entrance and lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean with beautiful decor. Staff were extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. We did not eat breakfast so cannot offer a comment.
