The breakfast was poorer than in the previous years. The evening programs were also not so good quality than many years ago. In the wellness not everything was working.

Beach is pebble beach with huge pebbles.

Interior (mainly reception, lifts and halls) were too hot. When outside temperature was around 30 degrees and there were many people moving around, I'd prefer the AC be on to make comfortable air.

The staff wasn’t able to speak English. Off course,they blamed Booking.com for the lack of air conditioning, a 4-star hotel in the middle of summer. They should not even think of offering a room like this, budget or not, especially for guests with a child. The same day it was 35 degrees, in the room 30 almost all night, there was no option to open the window because of the mosquito net and the millions of insects in the dark part of the day. A cheap Chinese fan for £120 a night...You can't get coffee early in the morning, you can't smoke outside - a sanatorium for non-smokers who love the warm, stale air. Rude request to pay for parking and tourist tax(3-4Euro), which should have been included in the price, gladly paid to get a coffee in peace somewhere else soon as possible. The only single sign on English was “Toilet”… Four stars at the aria maybe, but really old socialist glory

Main restaurant doesn’t have working ventilation - impossible to breath at all. Neither in the morning nor in the evening. Terrible liine for breakfast at 9, checkout at 10 turns to be problematic as such. Very poor choice for food either breakfast or dinner. Dinner doesn’t have fresh vegetables in the mid of summer! And even water you have to buy additionally for dinner.. Misquitos…if having a dinner outside (because you really need some air and we remember you cannot breath inside at all- it’s not obvious who has dinner: you or mosquitos. There is nothing done by the hotel on this: no special lamps or fumigation. Still there is no light as such on the terrace, so be mindful to finish your food while the sun is up. Definitely everything related to the restaurant, it’s food (both taste and quality), number of personnel, number of tables available is the weakest part of the hotel, which may be a problem..

They are watering the lawn during the day and after most people leave the beach. The watering “floods” the beach, and after such an occasion there were A LOT of green flies due to the puddles/water on the grass the next day. During breakfast/dinner the staff seem overloaded with the amount of people, they could use a boost in numbers.

The property has a private beach, own restaurant, and an inside pool. The food is good for breakfast and dinner.

The swimming pool water was too cold for my taste.

The hotel is vastly improved compared to our last visit an year ago. The stuff is very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and the variety is good. The SPA facilities and the beach are awesome.

Wifi in the rooms could have been better.

Value for money, this place was hands down fantastic. Great food quality for breakfast and dinner. Accommodating to people with dietary restrictions and preferences (lactose, vegan etc). Family suite with lake view was stunning. Full programme of activities for adults and children was a bonus.
