Lovely hotel in great location with view of Chain bridge. Friendly helpful staff and great facilities. Location was great for walking over to pest and also up to the old part of the city.

Breakfast buffet was limited - so best to order off the menu. Dark interiors and no real outside space (rooms with balcony not available when I booked).

Location. View from room. Good climate control in room and bathroom. Little extras. Cooked breakfast menu (porridge & eggs Benedict). Good coffee. Nice, non touristy, neighbourhood close to the hotel.

Coffee could have been hotter and small dishes with fruit unappetizing looking and some of the nuts were not fresh prepared breakfast were very good pancakes and French toast needed some improvement

We had a lot of difficulty getting into the rooftop terrace bar due to private bookings. Having said that, it is geared towards customers a lot younger than us (very noisy) and a similar view can be obtained from lots of other locations in Buda.

Great location, very efficient and friendly staff in a very comfortable hotel. Our room had a superb view of the Danube and Chain Bridge.

This hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Very nice, clean and perfect location. Our room was excellent with the best view in town. Staff went above and beyond!! They were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Service was also amazing from the cleaning services, helping us make restaurant reservations and even more unexpected was that they allowed us late checking until 5pm without any additional charges. If we ever visit Budapest again, we would definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you

I believe your restaurant on the upper floor needs to work a bit more on the quality of the food and strengthen the menu. The view and a great menu are somewhat undermined by the current offerings.

I've been waiting since 2022 for the right time to reevaluate your hotel, and we've finally had the chance again. The improvements you've made are excellent. The room view is beautiful, and your reception staff are well-trained and hardworking. Wishing you continued success.

Hotel with best view of the Budapest Chain bridge. Ultra modern and artistic architecture and design. Warm and friendly treatment from all the staff members. Accomodated all special requests made and also surprised us with few special goodies for the occasion. We would definitely like to revisit!

Gorgeous property, amazing staff, we had a view of the Danube and the bridge and it was amazing. We also made reservations at the Leo rooftop bar for drink and it did not disappoint. The check in process was brilliant and we were even gifted tickets for a hop on hop off castle tour!

They're a good location 8n the downtown beside the Danube River. We spotted the fireworks beside the reliver on the National Day of Hungary. It's a clean and comfortable bedroom.

Breakfast servers were not overly freindly or attentive. Sometimes seemed bothered that we were there. Non bianary/butch female downstaris bartender always seemed grouhy and was mad when I asked for a second shot for my cocktail, even when I stated while asking, that I like stronder drinks and happy to pay for the extra shot

We liked Adam, front desk professional. Bellmen were very kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was good. Cocktails were creative. .Well located with taxi always moments away. Rooftop bartenders super friendly and did not rush us out at closing time.
