The breakfast wasn’t great, not much of a selection and definitely not worth €10 per person. The lift looked a bit dodge at first but was grand! Just very small so if you’re claustrophobic you wouldn’t like it!

Location was excellent, we were over for a concert for two nights. Rooms were spotless and comfortable.

It was hard to find a free parking place.

Clean and cosy hotel in a great location. Very good walking distance to the centre of the city, also to public transport. The room was clean and quiet, even it is situated on the main street. Staff was great. Also the breakfast was very good.

lay out all rules ahead of time, not get angry for not following them a few days later; if there's a screeching child somewhere on the floor you will hear it in your room; lights are confusing, no main lamp at the ceiling

great location, easy to get to from the airport, warm room with working ac, very comfy bed, fridge, tv. hotel is in the old building in the center, but there is an elevator, it requires a few low stairs but it makes it much easier to get to the room.

Hotel is near train station and very close to the metro. Location is very good if you travel to and from nyugati. Despite the location we didnt hear any noises from the street. Reception is 24/7. Room was clean and everything looks new, this place has very good wow effect for the first sight,but than on second third look you will see it is shallow. Anyway for the short stay its good choice for good value :)

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is great - just a short walk away from most of main attractions. Plus, with a metro, bus, and tram station nearby, getting around the city was really easy. There is a lot of dining options surrounding the hotel, from delicious street food to charming restaurants. And let's not forget about breakfast (we had it included), which was tasty and set us up perfectly for a day of exploring. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable and our impression is that this hotel offers great value for price. For those traveling by car - we found affordable parking nearby at Westend outdoor parking (approximately 15 min walk from the hotel). Overall, our experience was good and we had a great time here.

Breakfast. The breakfast itself was good, but it is held only from 7.45 till 8.30. It should be more highlighted in advance. And also you should wait outside while waiting the doors to be opened before 7.45, in was pretty cold. That would be my only one recommendation to improve.

Price/quality ratio was very good. Good location, nice staff always ready to help. Rooms are also correspond to the price, nothing extraordinary but clean and nice.

There is no elevator in the hotel. Also, there wasn't kettle, they gave me one after I requested.

Overall, everything was ok. The room, bed, bathroom were clean. The room looked to relatively quiet side street. The breakfast was perfect, I especially liked the coffee. I have to mention the gesture made by the lady in reception as she gave us a kettle on the second day because we needed hot water for our little girl! Thank you.

Entrance to the hotel and reception need some renovations. I saw some negative coments about the street noise. It is a little bit loud, but after long day in the city when you are tired it doesn't really matter. But if you are really sensitive you don't want a room that is on the main road side.

Location was perfect for our needs. It is not new or fancy hotel, you can expect some things that are not quite ideal about the building, reception, breakfast room. But the staff and the room itself is quite good.

When we informed the staff that our hotel room refrigerator was not cooling at all, no one came to have a look at it and spent a whole week without it.

The location is perfect since it is close to all amenities and in the centre. Hotel staff were very helpful.

There could be an improvement about the cleaning, it seems like there have been some places which nobody had cleaned in a while, but after all, we didn't let that bother us (don't worry, the shower and the bathroom were clean). We felt like a teapot would be a nice extension for the room (maybe other rooms had it and we don't know) or even one in the lobby.

The staff were more than great! Had some personal conversations with some of them, everyone were so nice and always greeting us with a smile and even remembering us. The hotel is very close to a mall, restaurants, supermarkets, metro and the river. As we arrived we noticed a little problem in the shower head and we took a video of showing the problem and as soon as the staff saw it, she went to our room and fixed it. We had to extend our stay in the hotel for extra 6 nights (because of flight cancellation) and the staff (especially Janet, that had been the first staff we met there) did whatever they can in order for us to keep our room and pay a fair price, which we appreciate.

Good hotel in an very old building. The location is very good. The staff were always very helpful and always in a good mood. The room was quite small but well furnished. The breakfast could be better and, as always in European countries, there was only the light bread. The price for the room incl. breakfast was therefore a bit too high..
