The lack of air conditioning facilities in the rooms unless by paying extra. I felt it's a basic need that should not be charged extra.

Actually, the neighborhood. There was party and shouting from the front building, therefore I wasn't able to sleep before 2:00 a.m. It was a heat wave at the time, so I had to choose either I open the windows and hear all the street voices or either sweat like in a sauna. I would definitaly ask for non-street view room. But it is not the fault of the dormitory. Also, please, take into consideration there is no towels provided. But if you are clear about what you book, you will be overall satisfied.

It is a clean, well organised, spacious dormitory with all the benefits and disadvantages. The staff was amazing!

There is only a limited amount of kitchen supplies for the whole hostel and we didn't get any. The shower wasn't the cleanest.

The staff was really friendly and the location was great and the rooms were big.

The bathroom, oh my goodness. I understand the price is very low, however it doesn’t cost much to replace/repair the shower head, as there was a hole in it and the drains were clogged, so we had to be careful not to leave the water on for too long.

The price was exceptional, very spacious apartment. Location was good, about 20 minutes from the center, 7 minutes from a shopping mall.

The rooms got VERY HOT during the day. There’s a kitchen, but no pots or pans.

Good value for money, staff was very accomodating, working elevator, we could leave bags at reception after check-out.

Smelt bad Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing All pots/pans/plates/cutlery were downstairs and they’re all dirty. No soap in the rooms to clean it up. Hob had no markings so didn’t know it it was on or off Ants in room Beds are uncomfortable Would recommend for one night, wouldn’t recommend anymore

Cheap and good location. Also had 4 beds to ourselves so was nice to have the space.

The heat in the rooms was unbelievable. It was well over 30 degrees all night in the room. Felt like the underfloor heating was constantly on. NO AIRCON IN THE ROOM! We were sweating all night. The toilet was worse. Small toilet (it was clean and nice) when you close the door there was literally sweat dripping off you after 20 seconds. I cannot stress enough how hot and uncomfortable it was. We rented the fans from reception but it was so hot that even with the window open all night it made no difference. It just blew hot air around for the night. We left at 8am every morning to escape the heat and were reluctant to return until as late as possible in the evening. I will not be returning and I will recommend that people stay away from this property. It’s a shame because apart from that it was a lovely place. I realise it might be an old building but you NEED to invest in air conditioning.

We got the 2 bedroom studio. Great location, very clean, staff were great and a 24 hour reception. Beds were comfortable and rooms big with loads of storage. Nice shower/toilet and kitchenette was nice also.

Everything you have to rent like towels. The place is kind of far from places of interest.

The staff are great, but there were a large number of guests late to check in until six in the evening. The cleanliness is good and there are a lot of enrolments in the room.

Rooms were very hot and no way to keep them cool (ie air conditioning units). No kitchen utensils/ crockery in rooms and no soap in bathroom, so very few amenities provided
