You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

What a comfortable stay! The place is well kept, aesthetically pleasing and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff incredibly down to earth. We absentmindedly locked ourselves out when we were moving into our room and we messaged them and quickly a staff member opened up the door for us! On top of that we realized there wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed so the same kind lady helped us dress the entire bed! Our beds were incredibly comfortable. The pillows fluffy and felt so good. Breakfast simple but prepared well. The kind woman made cappuccinos for us with artistic designs with cinnamon! There’s a water cooler that’s in the lobby for everyone’s convenience (hot, cold, warm). Bathroom design very modern and beautiful.

HungaryThe access to the site is not obvious and could do with some sign. It would be useful if it could be made clear that all the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. The stairs would benefit from bannisters. Tea/coffee making facilities would be nice.
The breakfast was fine, good choice of items. The room was a good size and well set out. Good parking.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Landlady answers the phone immediately and she is helpful. Rooms are clean. It is a good choice if you need a hotel near to the center of the town.

HungarySome of the corners of the room and the bathroom were dirty. The shower cabin was leaking and the floor of the bathroom became flooded instantly. Heating cannot be started. Breakfast selection was average but it was fresh and delicious. There were no gluten free and lactose free options.
It was nearly in the center of the town. Decent parking area. Easy to find based on Google Maps. Quiet place on a quiet street. Polite and helpful staff. Good price range.
