Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomStayed for four nights in Junior suite, it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is centrally located and most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The advantage is though its centrally located but its serene at the same time. The room was nice, spacious, clean and bathroom was large. Buffet breakfast was a good and decent spread of local and western style breakfast. The hotel staff is welcoming, affable, approachable, attentive and always willing to go extra mile for needs & preferences of guests- Well that made us feel cared for & special and made the stay memorable. Please do accept it as a genuine expression of appreciation! Mrs Tunde and Gregory were really helpful and provided detailed information about places to visit in Budapest and made the needed arrangements as well- truly commendable! Would love to visit again.

Location was central and perfect. Hotel and all facilities were lovely. Staff were exceptional,friendly,helpful. Room 33,was beautiful,cleaned everyday,chocolates left by the room lady everyday. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Great bathroom. We had a perfect stay.

Right from Check in to Checkout everything was picture perfect. If in future , I go to Budapest my first choice would be Cassati. During check in the Receptionist was extra polite , offered us welcome drinks ,ensure our check in was hassle free. We were directed to our rooms . Breakfast was super awesome and location of the hotels is superb. It is almost 2KM from almost every tourist attraction and 2 min walk to the nearest Hop On Hop off Bus. I really liked the location and enjoyed the stay.

United KingdomNothing really, if I had to say something. my only fairly insignificant point would be only a sheet covering the join of the beds to make it a double & perhaps a more padded mattress protector or something would cover the ridge between a bit better. Other than that very comfortable well thought out rooms.
Lovely modern decor throughout the hotel with coffee machine & fridge in room. Also well air conditioned in the heat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was also excellent, and loved the fact coffee & pastries accessible all day in the dining/relaxing area. The location was great for walking most places.

IrelandThe bathroom is very nice but the design of the shower, with no door, is very dysfunctional and floods the whole bathroom floor. Air dryer didn't last more than few seconds, but reception promptly provided a functioning one.
Best reception service ever! The staff is welcoming, always available and knowledgeable. They helped with restaurants reservations and any other requests. I celebrated my 40th birthday while there and they arranged a surprise from my partner and family with flowers and chocolates in the room! Great central position, right behind the Opera and close to many attractions. Natural style room was very cool and comfy. Lovely view of internal courtyard. Great breakfast, fresh choices, changing every day. Very attentive staff.
