Stunning property, great quality breakfast- a la carte. Super dinner (amended as we're vegetarians). Amazing service and very attentive to every detail. The Deluxe room was just stunning.

For longer stays small improvement regarding the menu that might be extended or at least one dish changed during week.

It was very nice and welcoming place. Staff was very helpful with all the requests we had. Location of the hotel was great and very relaxing. Food was exceptional great taste. I really look for coming back during my future trips to Hungary.

This one lady who didn’t speak English was very rude to my partner asking why are we in the hotel and saying that you can’t be here etc. He was speaking Hungarian with her so I don’t know the details. But I was speaking English and seems like I got the better treatment, very sad.

For sweet option breakfast I prefer smaller pastry to the big ones that were served, but they were still very tasty. It's just my personal preference.

The hotel is very pretty and despite the modern decor, it wasn't disturbing at all. Received a glass of Champagne upon arrival and sat down in the foier until check-in was complete and we were ready to see our room. There was enough space to dance even. Room had everything one would need, and I'm sure in case you'd require anything on top of that, it would be delivered to you in no time. Service was seamless, when returned from dinner bed was ready for sleep, but never saw a maid. Everything clean and spotless at all times, as if it were magic. Waiters and receptionists were very nice and did a wonderful job at making us feel welcome, even if only stayed one night. Food and wine we had at the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the dinner very much. Breakfast options were good, and everything we've had was very tasty, especially the bread selection. I can only recommend this place to stay or dine.

Unique place to stay. very beautiful location, very helpful staff. we were welcomed with champagne and other beverages and given a room upgrade. we enjoyed every second of your stay. breakfast was magnificent, we were able to choose everything we wanted to eat from the menu. spa area is very new and comfortable. Just an adorable place.

gorgeously restored castle with large, quiet park to walk around. The staff is extremely friendly, even got a private tour of the roof top with panoramic view. The evening lighting of the castle is extremely pictureque.
