The lifts are pretty small and if there are a few people it can get too cozy.

Good location, street parking had a lot of available spots. The room was clean and large.

The price was a bit high but the room was worth it.

The size of the room was spacious. The location of the hotel was very accessible to tourist spots. Hotel facilities were also good.

Polite & helpful staff, good breakfast (LOVED the fresh bread with the onions!) We got a free room upgrade for my husbands birthday which was nice and much appreciated. Free use of sauna & jacuzzi located on one of the top floors. All in all a very comfortable stay!

The room wasn't smell good and needed to leave the window open to refresh the air.

Underground parking is a big plus. Room was reasonable comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I would have liked air conditioning to be functioning as the rooms were too warm at night.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel , would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and helpful giving lots of recommendations. The hotel was, clean, it was a great location and the breakfast each mornjng was a lovely treats lots of options to choose from. Added bonus was we arrived earlier than expected in the morning & the room was ready which was a surprise. Would highly recommend.

The fact that our room was outside the hotel and I wasn’t informed for that. We found out that our room is in another building (20-30 meters away) when we checked-in. Our room was in a residential building which was a little bit strange, but overall we had a very good experience. The staff was really nice and friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

Quiet room with a large balcony overlooking a back yard. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. We happened to be in the hotel on my wife's birthday, and while we were having breakfast, all of a sudden, the background music stopped and three staff members approached our table and presented a beautiful and delicious cake - it really made our day!

place was close to the city but the street in front is under construction. the roof top of the garage is 1.9 which might be problematic for the big cars, but the reception was very helpful to explain the alternative. the breakfast was very good, including the chocolate fontane :-)

Very clean and spacious rooms. The front office staff of csaba and Karolina were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast spread was lovely with both cold and hot dishes. The staff generally were very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to metro and tram.

Our room was too hot and the air conditioner would not do cold air so we had to leave our windows open, it got noisy with the windows open then.

It was my girlfriend's birthday and the staff really looked after us, they gave cake and champagne and we had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
