The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us solve problems. The hotel is very close to the train station, and there are many tourists from small towns.it's a good choice.

The only thing that really surprised me was a small holey, torn, and stained towel that I think they gave me by mistake.

It was a pretty nice place to stay. They gave us a free drink to welcome and a free package of coffee when leaving. They may be little things, but they made me happy. Breakfast was also great with a wide selection.

The room had some problems, for example the door to the bathroom was swollen from the humidity and it was very difficult to close, the door to the shower did not close and the whole bathroom flooded, the breakfast was a bit poor but good

There were 2 spacious rooms, it had an electric charging station, close to the beach and the center, reception mode was ok, champagne from the house, a non-alcoholic drink at the cafe from the house

The light in the toilet is with motion sensor and I found this uncomfortable. The bath tube in middle of room also was not comfortable for us

Too cold and it’s not possible to change the temperature in a room. We were traveling with a child and she was cold. We were given a heater so it saved the situation but it would be nice to have the possibility to change the temperature.

Our first day was Tuesday out of season and the dinner choice was extremely poor. The 2nd evening there were many more people staying in the hotel and the dinner choice was much better. Unfortunately this a spoiled quite a lot the 1st impression. Also would be nice if all the options, bobles in the swimming pool worked better - these worked limited time and mainly in 1-2 places, too few for the family of 4…

Very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, small swimming pool a nice addition to finish a day. Very nice place to have some calm, relaxing time.

Great food for dinner and breakfast as well. The restaurant is a little bit too small, but it compensate with the tables from terrace. The room was nice, very comfortable bed. The balcony was perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. 5-7 min walk to the lake.

The room with the bath doesn't have a separate shower. It's good for 1 or 2 nights, but not practical for a longer stay, but there are other options.

Awesome place. Great kitchen and good coffee. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice price considering that breakfast and dinner are incluided. Minibar with reasonable prices - it is very convenient.

Everything for a perfect getaway: peacefulness, good food, helpful staff (excellent welcome and friendliness), comfortable rooms. Recommended if you want to be pampered. We will defenetely come back 🙃

The shower cabin was too narrow inside, they'd need to adjust this a bit. And lack of good coffee / an espresso machine at the breakfast was unexpected.

There is nothing not to like there.

Staff were all very friendly, always there to help if needed with a smile on their faces. Loved that we were welcomed with a bottle champagne plus a welcome drink in the cafe and even got a departure gift. Very thoughtful. Breakfast was always plenty and beautifully presented.

Some minor remarks: some maintenance is needed for the bathroom. (yellow marks in the shower). A chair on the balcony is damaged and the pool needs some maintenance as well. (rusty bars, paint, tiles)

This accomodation is close to the center, the lake and trainstation. Parking was possible behind the gate of the property. The setup of the room is good. People of this accomodation are friendly. They serve many kinds of great coffee. It was the perfect base for us. The main reason for us to go to Siofok was the Ballaton Sound festival. It was very easy to go to the festival by train. Breakfast was good. There is a pool with watertemperature 32-34c which was really nice.

Absolutely amazing staff. We celebrated birthdays with the family and they were super super kind, even organised a cake for us. Perfect location, nice rooms and lovely food.
