The breakfast buffet was a bit poorer (in terms of variety) than what one would expect from a 5* hotel. The quality of the food was great, though :)

It is an immaculate and classy hotel located in the heart of Budapest, right next to the parliament building, with very welcoming and warm staff. I was especially impressed by Kate at the front desk who helped me design a one-day walking tour of the city - thanks Kate! My room was exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfortable, and bright. The spa facilities were nice too!

The receptionist informed me that I can have a late checkout till 4 pm but I double checked again the next day and they told me that I can't due to the fact that the room is booked. That pissed me off!

The hotel was great! The location is perfect, just about a few minutes to walk to everywhere in Budapest

the pool closes at 9 and begings at 1pm... wished we had more time!

Great location, close to the Danube and close to the Chain bridge. Easy walk to the shopping area or down to the river, It was clean and we have enjoyed a quick check in they were very helpful in getting us a van to the airport. It was a great stay! Great fabulos breakfast!

They have a frosted glass bathroom door which gives privacy but NO light control/ so if you use it at night the light lights up the whole bedroom area too.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a great location- a block from the river, a few blocks from LOTS of restaurants and bars. Very quiet.Big rooms

The sofa cum bed cushion was worn out, however the staff Fixed the issue.

Cleanliness in the bathroom did not meet expectations

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Classic luxurious design, felt like we stayed in royal castle. the dining room feels like it was an old opera house. Location was perfect as well. Staff was very professional and kind.

Service in breakfast room was exceptionally slow and inattentive. Had to pick up our own a la carte eggs from the kitchen after a 20 minute wait while restaurant was nearly empty.

I understand hotel has different policies when it comes to early check-in. But when the room is ready, the receptionist could check in the guest early, especially when they are in a rush. The receptionist at this hotel literally waited until the scheduled check-in time to give us the keys.

The location is right next to the parliament and right by the Danube river. There are one subway stop, multiple tram and bus stops. We literally stayed in the middle of everything. The room was big, nice and clean. The spa (thermal bath) was quiet and not crowded at all but you need to let the reception know when you will enjoy the spa so that they can limit the number of spa guests to under 10. I must say the hotel spa (multiple pools, heat room and Sauna room) was a much better experience than the public thermal bath. It is a good value compared to other European cities.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. I have had better breakfasts in 3 and 4-star hotels. The selection was not very large, everything was presented without care and did not look particularly appetizing, including the items we ordered directly from the kitchen like fried eggs and avocado toast. There is definitely room for improvement."

Nice, large room, generally clean. Many attractions are within walking distance and the metro is also not far from the hotel.
