The pillows were not very good at all. They were not very supportive becoming very flat as the night wore on. I woke with a very sore neck as a result. Also, the vanity pack box that was by the sink was empty :(

Fantastic view and a nice room. Great having the table and chairs set up by the window to enjoy the view. the chap that booked us in was very nice. Breakfast quite good. Shower products were good, though the vanity pack box that was by the sink was empty :(.

Bedside tables, fashioned to look like upturned logs were small and impractical. Insufficient storage - including 2 small shelves and a hanging rail approx 3’ above ground level - even for a weekend stay .

Riverside view from our room was stunning. Proximity to a tram stop and the metro/HEV station at Batthany ter. Good breakfast, where the staff worked hard to cope with customers ‘rushes’ and replenish the buffet tables. Never had to wait long for a lift to come. Several local restaurant options if you don’t want to venture far.

Location is fantastic. By the Danube River, easy walk to midd town and conveniently located 5 minutes from metro station. The rooms are sapcious and comfortable.

After one night, didn't replace the free water and coffee in the room. Second night the AC wasn't really working, which is a shame because that's the reason I chose this place.

Bed is comfortable. Location is close to station, accessible, secure and quiet neighborhood. Room has a refrigerator, kettle (slightly broken), a safe and sofa chairs. Room has soundproofing. Free bottled water. Long counter table, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi is reliable.

Price for room only was a little steep. Had to ask several times for bathroom toiletries as not checked when cleaned and empty. Bathroom door was worse for wear. On checking out we walked from our room to the lift they were doing from what we could see some maintenance of the air conditioning. This had a bad smell, also hoovering earlier than expected.

Friendly staff very helpful check in, showing us the areas of the city. Room was a brilliant location with as expected views of the river and Parliament Building. Getting an upgrade and acknowledgement of special birthday. Water and fruit in the reception. Clean toilet facilities and well maintained.

Nothing really.

Incredible view, especially at night. Staff were lovely and helped change our room when there was a small glitch with the bed detail and also offered advice about using the subway, which was very safe and easy. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Under ground parking was convenient on site for extra fee, though expensive. A truly wonderful place to stay, close to all the sites.

Great location of the hotel, right to the river with a view on the Parlament and very close to other tourist attractions, such as Fisherman Bastion, castle, chain bridge and other.

Apple Pay payment has some restrictions, but seems that it is not the fault of the hotel, but due to the country's regulations. There were 2 small negative moments, but iw ill not include here, as the overall experience was very positive.

It was not my first visit to Budapest and I was not disappointed with the accommodation. The location is great, cool to see the fabulously sparkling Parliament building in the night lights from another side of the Danube. It is very close to the Chain Bridge too. If you are not afraid to walk, you can reach the best attractions on foot. Breakfasts are diverse and nice. Elemis toiletries are wonderful. It was only my second time when I met this brand in the hotel. The view even from our room on the 2nd floor to the Castle was great, but of course, from the upper floors should be even better.

I recommend this hotel for everything! Its clean, breakfast is amazing! Best location ever with a view to the parliament and river. Very friendly staff! We travelled with our dog and were treated so nicely by everyone there. Thanks for making us feel this comfortable:)

AC in the room was very loud but nothing too serious. Just nitpicking.

Location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to the attractions at both sides of Danube and has an amazing view on top. Also staff were very kind and helpfull. Oh breakfast has great options too...usually hotels disappoint with their breakfast, not here!

The location. The parliament was right in front of our windows and we got to watch the 20th August fireworks perfectly!
