Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wonderful five star hotel in fabulous location near everything. Huge room, comfy bed with crisp linens, great air con, nicely decorated, everything you want provided. Wonderful breakfast with made to order choices. Wine and cheese in mid afternoon a nice touch. Rooftop bar has amazing view of St. Stephen’s and surrounding area. A special “thank you” to our server Jason whom we met every morning at breakfast. So kind, friendly and helpful. Made our stay even more special!

They way exceeded our expectations - amazing breakfast, superbly located with the walking distance to the city center and 15min walk to Buda; happy hours for "cheese & wine" dining + music entertainment, variety of music selection in the room & and hotel library. This was a special event for our family and the staff made unexpectedly complimentary treatments for us, that overachieved our expectation. Rooftop bar shall be mentioned here too - just amazing with a wonderful view of St. Basilica. We will certainly return!

Meet warmly at the reception desk by Petra. Who personally escorted us to our room, and then showed us the spa, rooftop dining. The atrium has a Boganyi piano worth (350K), that looks like a Batman movie prop. This is played daily at the wine & cheese reception daily 4-6. A unique boutique hotel with 49 different music artists rooms. Right next to St. Stephen’s cathedral.

What a fantastic hotel! Conveniently located 30 seconds walk from St Stephens Basilica and within easy reach of the Danube river and the Elizabeth Bridge. The staff are exceptional and really looked after us. Nothing was too much for them. We even requested firmer pillows which were delivered promptly. The hotel itself is stunning and musically themed. We loved chilling out in the late afternoon after a hard days sightseeing with a glass of wine, cheese and live music - a perfect way to get setup for an evening out. Breakfast was also great. An intimate boutiquey experience with a personal touch unlike the big corporate chains. The High Note SkyBar was also great to have as part of the hotel but do remember to book ahead.

United StatesOne of our rooms must have been located above the kitchen or something because there was a faint smell of eggs, or sulfur, in it during our stay but otherwise it was very clean and well kept.
The hotel's location is great, right next to St Stephan. The hotel is cozy and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is ok. Their afternoon bar and music is entertaining.

The Aria was in a wonderful location just off St Steven’s Square. It was clean, comfortable and exceptionally roomy for a European hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was great. The afternoon happy hour with live piano music was a treat, too. Great stay!
