Great location, we went at the beginning of the season so perfect amount of people and didn't have to pay for the beds. Pool was great as were the restaurants. Beach would be packed in prime season! Loved our apartment

The supermarket on the site is massively overpriced. 10 min walk away is normal shop. No water park on the sea. Expensive restaurants.

Customer service is excellent and care about their customers. Excellent location and beautiful food, stuff and plenty to do.

Wifi was very poor at the apartment. They could have a grilling area at the apartments too. Only grilling area is far away at the camp site.

Great resort at the beach. Perfect for families, many family activities such as a variety of pools. Several restaurants at the resort. 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen.

The food inside the resort (restaurant and mini market) are very expensive. Gym was out of order, with equipments completely broken. All activities you have to pay extra €€€

Room was quite old, ants was everywhere. Room was with kitchen but there was no detergent for washing dishes, no salt cooking oil etc for people who comes with plane. Check out process was problematic, we have been told that system says we didn't pay although we gave them confirmation code. We had to mail them confirmation.

Sea is amazing, area is huge birds everywhere. Everyone has terrace which was nice. Its was gem for the concept of value we got for the price.

It was unpleasant the poor hygiene of the bathroom in the flat we were given, it smelled of urine, although we spoke to the reception and a worker told us that the next day they were going to send someone to clean it, nothing ever happened and we had to put up with the smell during our stay. If is something of the nature but If you are staying in a flat and you are sensitive to sleeping in noisy places, I recommend you bring earplugs. Every night in that area, there are one or more owls and they are quite noisy.

The Resort is so beautiful especially the view to the sea, inside you have everything you need, there is a supermarket, restaurants and more. If you travel with your family (children) the place is perfect for you because there are so many activities for children. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was always so nice.

The early check out....

We came late and decided just have an overnight. Shame because we had a lot of options to do. Everything looks really nice. Once you are there you don't need to go abroad.

Apartment was not once cleaned or bedding/towels changed within 11days stay. Very limited cutlery, just two of everything 😔 Entertainment was repetitive quiz every night, was not popular.

Food in the Cantina was exceptional! Music festival I September, fabulous performance!!!

Trash was not removed every day from the room and also couch was not clean - it had spots.

Beach is great, sand everywhere. Pool is awesome. There are pools for both kids and adults. Stores on site and also a few bigger stores are 10 min walk outside the hotel.
