The reception area & lift are really dated & a bit of s shock when you arrive but were not an issue for us as the apartment was beautiful

The apartment was beautifully furnished and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean with many thoughtful touches and a washing machine and dryer! Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area. Spectacular views of the harbour and old city. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!

This apartment was amazing. Finished to a very high standard with all the mod cons you need to have a comfortable stay. Full AC throughout, modern kitchen and all the facilities, great bathroom as well as a second toilet which was handy as we were a big family group. The location was great too, just on the edge of the old town, so you can take in all the sights, but not worry about all the noise and crowds when you want to retire for the evening. Saving the best for last, this apartment has the finest view in Zadar, the famous sunset, which you can enjoy from the balcony, well worth getting a nice refreshing drink and sitting there to take it all in! Also just to add, there is a convenient bus service to the airport that stops just on the other side of the water (a short walk from the apartment).

It is a great location within walking distance of Zadar famous spots and beach. The views from the balcony/terrace are simply breathtaking. You cannot beat that. Apartment is pristine clean (I travel a lot and I don’t think so I ever found such a clean apartment). It is a gem! Will definitely recommend to others.

Nothing. Tip : No curtains in the living room, so if someone is sleeping in the livingroom he/she will wake up early.

Perfect location. Supermarket and breakfast bar around the corner. 5 min from the old town. Very clean and new appartment. Kitchen with dishwasher and all facilities. nice balcony for he sunset.

If you go, I agree the ground floor entry area may not be as perfect as you’d anticipate, a little tired. BUT I had read this in an earlier review, so went with this in mind. This did not in anyway affect our stay or our outstanding rating of this apartment and location.

Amazing view from the apartment. Plenty of space for 5 people. Comfy beds and everything clean and new. All we could need! Stayed there with my elderly parents who thought it was excellent. Perfect location for short stroll into the old town, to restaurants, sights, ferry to the neighbouring island, and to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sunset! Great communication from the host Ranko and super guidance and introduction to the apartment from Mate. So helpful! Would love to return.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The hosts were lovely and great at communicating once our dates got closer. They were eager to meet every one of our requests and questions, though we didn't have many. We were delighted by the location with a great view and a really easy walk into the old city even for little legs. It was a great space for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Parking was free in front of the building and we were lucky to always find a spot in the small lot after our day trips. The hosts recommended some great restaurants in town and were so kind to let us drop our bags when we arrived very early in the morning even though they were still busy cleaning. We had a great time and if ever in Zadar we would stay here again.

Amazing apartment in a great location with the most spectacular views of the old town and the islands across the canal. I was impressed with the little details that made our stay memorable, such as floor heating (we visited Zadar in January so this was much appreciated), the amenities; coffee capsules for the coffee machine., etc. To sum it up in one sentence, we felt like home. If you're looking for an apartment in Zadar, I highly recommend Zadar Panorama Sea!

We loved everything. One of the shutters in the twin room was stuck shut, but not a big issue at all.

Immaculately clean. Perfect location for us, close to airport but walking distance to use as a base for Zadar and surrounding area. Spacious accommodation, well appointed kitchen facilities (not that we had need to use it) and finished to a very high standard. And the best factor… the view of Zadar Old Town and especially at sunset.
