Czech RepublicI can't find any negatives, only two small things as a warning - if someone is less mobile, the elevator to the restaurant is located on the mezzanine and you need to go down a few stairs. The second warning is about the arrival - repeatedly, the navigation guided me to the hotel from the lower side from the hospital, but be careful, it is a one-way street and then you have to turn around and go around it - you have to come to the hotel from the upper side, like from the cemetery.
We stayed at the hotel for the second time. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. A great thing is the jacuzzi in the room with thermal water, so we used the wellness only to a limited extent if you have a private one. I recommend accommodation with half board - the choice of dishes at dinner is impressive, dishes always made from seasonal ingredients, interesting and imaginative in the format of fine dining but with large enough portions to fill you up. The breakfasts are also generous and varied. Also interesting is the offer of the wellness center in the form of massages and other activities, which are not a problem to order on the spot and the prices do not differ much from the regular prices in the city. Parking is possible directly at the hotel (although with the fact that there are blocked places for charging electric cars and, of course, also for the disabled, it is likely that it will be a bit difficult to find a parking place during a busy period, and given the location of the hotel on a hill, I would probably not want to deal with alternative options down in small town)

AustriaThere were no accessible plug sockets in the main room - we had to either move the sofa bed, or unplug the mini bar. Supermarkets and a couple of restaurants are a short walking distance away, but visitors with reduced mobility should be aware the hotel is up a steep hill.
Huge room with balcony and great views of the surrounding hills. The included breakfast selection was excellent, and food at the restaurant overall was very good. The hotel has a nice small pool, with saunas and steam room, and the spa treatments were good and well priced.

AustriaThere were few things in the room, that would need improvement, like parts in shower falling apart or fittings under the sink. The mattress was too soft and bed was overall smaller size.
We really enjoyed the tub in the room, very relaxing. I enjoyed treatments I paid for, very nice atmosphere overall. We had half board, both were very good quality food, always served by nice staff.

CroatiaThe hotel truly leaves little to be desired. I would prefer more recreational activities; however, Krapinske toplice offer great hiking routes, and there is a swimming pool within the Aqua Vivae centre at a 5-minute walking distance (although their rates are quite steep).
Beautifully appointed spacious rooms boasting a large, private balcony. Exceptional housekeeping service and very attentive staff throughout the hotel The 5-course dinners were absolutely delicious and uniquely conceptualised from savoury dishes to desserts. The entire atmosphere was peaceful and intimate.
