We didn't pay attention when booking that you can smoke in the room/balkony therefore when we arrived there was a smell of ciggarretes (maybe came through air conditioner), however it didn't bother as later as the smell was gone. Besides that all good :)

A nice stay in front of the public beach. The apartment is above a supermarket and a bakery. The room had a small balkony and a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there :) Good contact with the owner :). There was no problem with the free parking across the street.

I liked that the property was across the street from the beach with the most amazing views on the deck. It was clean with small fridge that was used. Had a bakery and store below that we used everyday. Kettle to make instant coffee. Friendly hosts.

To the beach it was just across the street. The apartment was clean and spacious. Host was friendly and communication was good. In the same building is a bakery and a supermarket which is also very convenient.

Nice stop for a couple of nights;very clean, great balcony with an awning and table and two chairs. Bed was comfortable. Don’t come if you do not climb stairs. The staff were accommodating and very lovely. This is a basic, not luxury place but so clean and a view that kept me mesmerized. Excellent value for money. The lack of breakfast was an issue on Sunday as the bakery was closed and we had to Uber into Omic. Otherwise you can buy pastries at the bakery downstairs and coffee across the road on the beach.

Simple hotel but really clean. A bit to far to Split for our group (15Guys) Supermarket and bar just down the street. Check in went really smooth.

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

More comfortable than my own place :) Everything you need in the kitchen and toilet. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Host was so helpful and lovely. Apartment had lovely view and a bonus was a lovely sweet smell from the bakery on the ground floor. As opposed to fish and chips smell you could get 😆 The beach is narrow but so clean and bright with changing cubicles and showers all along. There's a promenade along the whole village. Really worth it.

The pictures correspond to reality, property is located across the road from the main beach area, with supermarket and bakery conveniently located in front part of the property. Property in excellent condition, host very friendly and receptive to requests. Dugi Rat is a small town next to Omis, with good public transport along the cost.

A very pleasant stay. Nice room with a sea view. Good bakery downstairs for breakfast coffee and croissant, then sat on the beach. The restaurant across the road was fine for an evening meal and drink.

The convenience of a bakery and shops downstairs, and the bar and beach across the road from the property, make it a great find! The prices are good and the staff very friendly.

Toilet paper roll dispenser was broken, so it was impossible to use toilet paper. AC smelled heavily of cigarettes for the first few hours, probably wasn't cleaned or used for a good while.

Location is great, very close to a nice beach, bar, right above a market and bakery, so very convenient. It was also clean.
