Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NorwayIt can be a bit noisy, but usually the noise died down after midnight. My room was facing a relatively quiet side street, so the noise came from a neighbor, not people walking by.
The location is very convenient to reach the meeting spots for tours and close to several good restaurants. My room was also quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The owner was nice too! I recommend this place!

Fantastic stay at Villa Varoš- I stayed with a friend for three nights, the location is ideal, it is maybe a three or four minute walk from the busiest parts of Split but is still quiet as it is down a peaceful and safe side-street. Gregory, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, we had taken a ten-hour overnight bus to Split from Venice and arrived at eight in the morning, check-in was scheduled for 3pm but Gregory was so accommodating and let us check in at 10am!!! He had great recommendations for us regarding restaurants (even had a discount code for us for one of them), local beaches and sightseeing points. Accommodation itself was very comfortable, clean, great Air-conditioning system, loads of towels provided, tea n coffee in the room. Gregory was easily Contactable if we had any issues - we did have a problem on our final night with the passcode for the side door into the building, as did another guest, but texted Gregory and he was very quick to come and rectify the problem.

Excellent location in the narrow streets of the old town. There are very good and pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. My room was very small but sufficient for one person; surprisingly enough space to store things. Stylish furnishings, looks nice.
