This property is at very good location near marina and "happening" square. This is really a Villa in which rooms are separately offered. The rooms are fair sized. Fairly clean and owner very helpful. Overall good value stay.

Ana was lovely, checking us in seamlessly and also offering an upgrade to a beautiful room. Location is great, walking distance to diocletian's palace, the riva waterside and old town attractions. Public parking can be found around as well (if you're lucky!)

If you are driving, parking could be an issue. Villa Varos does not have its own parking. We had to pay a lot for seaside parking for many hours before we got a spot on the road (for parking within the blue lines) close to Villa Varos. This parking was free, as we happened to be there over the weekend. On weekdays you have to pay.

Location of this property could not have been better. There are plenty of restaurants and places of interest, including bustling waterfront (Riva), as soon as you come out of Villa Varos. Host was very helpful and cordial. Gave us lot of guidance about local places and restaurants.

The only physical issue with the room was the floor was super loud and creaky, however this was not a major disturbance and we got used to it fairly quickly. The other issue we had was not physical however to my knowledge it was not made clear to us we had to pay in cash - this wasn’t a problem necessarily however i feel It should have been made clear somewhere earlier in the booking process.

The property was in an excellent location, literally right next to the city centre. It was a simple room but had everything we needed and was very comfortable for me and my partner. The hosts were excellent and responsive, assisting with queries and organising a transfer from the airport as well. Genuinely a fantastic place to stay and we were very glad we chose it for our holiday.

The room was clean and simple. The service and host, amazing. I told him that the airport lost our luggage and he provided to help getting us the essentials and being the main contact while I'm Croatia for the airline.

The rooms we chose were a bit small but we were only there for one night so it wasn’t an issue.

Ana and her partner were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in storage for early checkin and late check out. The location was good near lots of restaurants

Ana and Gregory are tremendous people...kind, thoughtful, generous, and super friendly. I can't say enough good things about them and their adorable hotel. The room is in what was an old house, steps from the old city, restaurants and marina so perfectly located. The bed was comfortable, with good air-con and a great shower, but the highlight is definitely the owners! Gracias por todo! 💓

Would of been nice to have a little fridge and a balcony but knew that before we left. There is a little courtyard.

Location of property was perfect. Gregory, the host was so helpful. Boyfriend left his phone, hat and cigarettes on a local bus. Gregory phoned them, went and retrieved them and left them in our room. Room was spotless and lot's of fresh towels. Shower was good and bed very comfortable. Lovely choice of restaurants seconds away. Will definitely return.
