I booked 2 studio with balcony and Seaview, breakfast included and free parking for 3 nights. The price was reasonable. The apartment was located 15 min from Old Town and conveniently located near restaurants. It had a kitchenette with small refrigerator, kettle, stove, and utensils. Our room had a balcony and a Seaview. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good though not a lot of variety.

We are currently at the end of a 4 week trip through Europe. This has been by far one of the best places we stayed and one of the most affordable. We received a great welcome upon arrival aswell as lots of information about the area. The staff where great the whole time. We had some damaged suitcase wheels and the staff where very helpful in reccomending a store to buy new and then lending tools to swap them over. Out room was huge and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Thanks again

Great people, room was as expected clean and comfortable, breakfast was generous. If you don't mind walking, it's an easy walk to the old town but equally it's a simple drive or bus ride. Quiet location with restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

The only downside was the walk to the beach. With the hot weather, walking 15 minutes to the beach every day might be exhausting. But that's a personal thing since I don't really like too hot weather :)

Excellent and helpful staff. Breakfast didn't offer much but it had all the essentials (yougurt, cereal, drinks, jam, croissants, bread, savoury breakfast). We've booked a room with balcony and sea view. The room itself has all the amenties needed. Room cleaned every day and towels changed too. The property is about 15 minutes walking from the beach and has few restaurants nerby.

- The lighting in the room should be improved. Even tho there are enough lighting points on the ceiling, their illuminance is very low and keeps the room a bit too dark. - Not sure it is an easy fix but the room is basically build on three different levels. With the light off, when entering in the room, is quite easy to trip due to the difference in height of the doorstep and the actual room floor - Perhaps the other rooms are quiter but, as we slept in the room just above reception, it was noisy in the morning while breakfast was being served. - Even tho they say phones should not be kept next to the bed while sleeping, i think the room would benefit with having two sockets on each side of the bed. There are enough sockets in the room, just far away from the bed. - The hair dryer holder is kept on the wall just by a tiny hanger and therefore when the dryer is being used, the base comes out its place very easily. Couple of screws would fix the problem. - Breakfast area could do with a proper coffee machine, not just instant coffee.

- Room had everything listed in the advertising and the window was equipped with a mosquito barrier and blinders. - Receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the hotel "rules" and what to visit in town

We missed our flight and the owner was super helpful and supportive! The whole team is nice, great breakfast, it's only 15 minutes walk from the beach, rooms have a beautiful sunset and sea view. We rented a motorcycle in Zadar because it's 12 minutes taxi drive from the city center. Rooms are very clean, I would choose this place again :)

Villa Valentina is a small comfy apartment hotel. It is not topmodern, but it is familiar, and the staff superfriendly. Staff was helpful and gave us good tips and answered all our questions. Breakfast simple but well enough. 10 min walk to citybeach. Minimarket 4min away and good Pizza restaurang just behind the corner. Good private parking.

The staff (Team Valentina) were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All staff spoke English and were able to advise well. Even provided Soya Barista milk for breakfast (wife's allergies). They even set up a projection screen outside to watch the Euros 24 - great hosts. Transfers to and from the airport were very good/friendly. Great restaurants round the corner Pizzeria Šime, Capo Grill, Konoba Rafaelo. Beach just along the road. Supermarkets nearby. The Old Town and Nin worth a visit - great history. You really take the small row boat (Barkajoli Zadarski) to the old town, at 1.20 a nice tradition/bargain. Krešo told us about this, Hvala.

I liked everything, starting from the location and finishing with the girl at reception, telling us about the best cafés we can visit. Great breakfast, clean room every day, gorgeous views from the balcony, very friendly and helpful stuff of the villa.
