We shared same 3 floor apartment with other 2 couples, it was a common kitchen which is not mentioned in the details. There is no balcony.

It was clean, spacious and in a great location. 2min walk to several restaurants and supermarket and 5min walk to Riva. The balcony was a bonus.

There is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow, it is very problematic to lift luggage to the top floor. The bathroom is individual, but outside the room.

The shower worked but the mount was broken. Check in was a little hard as our plane was later than planned. When we finally arrived, the apartment we orginally booked wasn’t available but we got a free upgrade so all turned out well. We would rent again.

The place was excellent , In very good location. The place was not easy to find but the owner gave good instruction via phone and was very helpful with parking and accompayning to the location. I reccomend strongly the place.

The Apartment with Sea View is advertised with 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen bed and twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. It's also advertised as having a sofa bed for 2 people. This is not accurate as at Aug/Sept 2022. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and two children or very small adults would have to sleep on the sofa bed. This was very disappointing for our group of 4 ladies who expected to sleep in a bed to themselves. Please double check the bedding situation before booking if you expect 2 single beds. Wifi was pretty ordinary and was only useful when sitting in the lounge area.

The view from the Apartment with Sea View is spectacular. After climbing the flights of stairs, it was a wonderful sight to see the harbour and the city from the small balcony. The apartment had everything a traveller would expect as far as bathroom, kitchen and laundry amenities go.

The bathroom door did not lock, the bed was very hard. Also we only realised later how to use the hot water so ended up taking cold showers.

well the guest above me was a whole situation that was handle after a day. is worth mentioning that the kitchen is in the entrance so if you are in the first floor everybody that wants to use the kitchen or arrives need to go your floor so is noisy.

No internet at all. No tv (tv is physically present) but no remote, a lot of unfinished stuff in rooms, electrical cables on the wall, dirt on the walls, outdated furniture and uncomfortable beds, crazy stairs that are so small and dangerous, AC units not cleaned and very old, making a lot of noise during work.

It was clean and since nobody was there we had the whole place to our selves.

This property is totally over-rated. It is clean and has a good location but that's it. Do not expect anything else even standard things you take granted. Like you cannot shower.. Like your bathroom is not in the room, it is private but you cannot lock it. Like there is no sound isolation and if your neighbor is not respectful, goes away your morning sleep. AND WHAT IS WITH 10:00 CHECK OUT TIME? WHAT? WHY? Guests work for you or you work for guests?

The location. There are two zones that are like tourist centers, this is at the second, smaller zone.

Bathroom was located outside of the bedroom in a shared hallway. The bathroom door did not even close properly, therefore, could not be locked which was extremely uncomfortable as there were many other guests staying at the property. Check in was at a different address to the actual apartment which we weren’t notified of till reaching the apartment and reading a sign on the door Kitchen is shared with all guests of the property which is not made clear in the booking. Would only recommend this property to people looking for an extremely simple bedroom in a good location, I would compare it to an upmarket hostel.
