It was not marked at all. Our plane landed late and we could not figure out which door or even which level was where we needed to be. We had trouble with our phones (coming from USA) and could not reach anyone until much later.

It was a great location, clean, beautiful with a great balcony view that we could share with other guests.

however it depends on which rooms do you get: Ourselves we were in a room facing opposite to the coast and it was very dark. Also a little extra care like Instant coffee or a bottle of water would be very much appreciated.

The villa itself is beautiful and it is in a nice location off the busy old town.

We didn’t mind it, but the walk back from the old town may be challenging for some. It’s all an incline from the old town or the beach, on a hot day can be tiring.

Location was perfect for us, short walk into the old town and beaches. Good size room, comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the window in the bedroom as well as the shared balcony. Host was lovely and accomodating.

Nothing, there wasn’t too many windows in our apartment but it meant that it was very cool even without the AC on. There was always the communal terrace or garden if you wanted some sun/ outside.

10-15 minute walk from the old town and beach, lovely accommodating hosts. The view from the communal balcony was amazing.

We got there after 6 hours on the motorcycle. In 34 degrees heat. The moment we set foot in the house we didn’t even get to take our jackets off, barely the helmets…because the owner asked us how we were paying. I mean really?! Our bike was parked, our hands were full of luggagge. I wasn’t going to fly away. So we left everything literally on the floor so I can take out my card to pay. And for 130 euro/night I got a small bathroom under the stairs with this minuscule sink. And absolutely no toiletries. Not counting some old bottle of some sort of liquid soap. Did not touch it.

Room too small with cheap furniture. Bathroom was also small, and the shower was ridiculously small with an improper drainage that let the water out. The table was the size of a parisian cafe table for 2 people and there was not enough place for the baggage. It is not really AN apartment, but a group of rooms with some facilities that try to resemble apartments all in the same old house.

Convenient location outside the city walls. Nice views from the common terrace. Quiet place. Beds were ok. The owner was sometimes nice, and others was a little bit rude. Ok to spend the night. Do not expect to enjoy staying there.

very difficult to find and car parking is not next to location/grounds but across a busy road . No electric socket in a very tiny bathroom. No mirror in bedroom to attend to makeup or dry hair. Thank goodness I had taken my own . Did not like the balcony being shared Very dark apartment despite having two windows

no response to three emails asking for directions and car parking before we went. we arrived late due to plane delay of one hour but couldn’t contact the owners on the phone lines for approx 20 minutes. Low beams in the bedroom meant I got my head regularly getting in and out of bed (I am 166cms- 5’5”).

Property was within walking distance of the old town. Great shower! view from communal balcony was stunning. we had a sea view room although the window was very high to see out. very close to the no 8 bus to take you into the city if you didn’t want to walk.

The host didn’t reply nor the phone, nor the booking message, or whatsapp, we waited for 40 minutes. I got in touch with booking support if they can help to contact the host, they got a hold of the host, he promised them to call me back but never did, then after an hour he sent a rude message that he was there all the time, but his other tenants told that he was not at home and even invited me inside to see for myselfnif he is somewhere around.. Luckily we were able to find a new place to stay and this booking got callcelled free of charge because the host didn't reply even to the booking support. Later after thoroughly reading the reviews, we understood that the no-show from the host was a blessing in disguise, because other people had a lot of complaints about this place.

when we arrived was nobody to answer there was a number to call, what if you don’t have internet if you call you will be charged long distance. the towels were rough like sand paper and you got only one. the place was old and smell bad

The balcony pictures states it is part of the two bed apartment it is not. It’s a shared balcony between all the apartments. The code given in the booking does not open the door which has a key pad you literally just open the door. The code is for the safe. This really confused us. Difficult to find right on a junction. Bathroom door see through and windows in room small and high

Rooms are basic all rooftop rooms, some parts have got a very low ceiling, even child can easily boop head. In room 5 where we stayed, there were 2 broken sockets, can see the wires, looks quite dangerous.

The location is great. You can walk into Dubrovnik old town within 15 mins. The view from the balcony is stunning.
