Ceilings were low- watch your noggin! A/C didn't work great. We were travelling without cell service, only data with an e-sim and it was difficult to get ahold of host upon arrival without it. The instructions were unclear as they just said someone would meet us upon arrival for check in. Upon our arrival, the doors were locked and we knocked for ~20 minutes before calling via what'sapp and finally getting ahold of someone to let us in.

Good location, quick walk into the old town. Apartment was clean and had lots of amenities. Parking available at front of property.

Hairdryer did not work. Only blew out cold air. Ceilings a bit low.

Location was fabulous. Self-contained apartment in large villa. Able to make breakfast. Nice terrace with a beautiful view.

The shower ceiling in the room we had was a bit low so my partner kept bumping his head on it. But there isn't really a solution to the issue other than to be aware of it.

Great views on the shared balcony. Not a busy area. We arrived late at night and the owner kindly waiting up for us to arrive. Free Parking was great.

Communication with the host was not the best - checking in was a little confusing because we arrived with the car but hadn’t received info on where the parking was. If you are driving down into Dubrovnik, you reach a junction and make a sharp right and the parking is on the right immediately after the crosswalk (the villa is location at the junction). Also a bit confused where the villa itself is as there is no sign outside. It’s down the stairs by the purple flowers and to the left hand side with a sign on the door to call a number. Also this was mentioned in some other reviews — do be careful on the ceiling in this room! We both hit our heads several times because the beams are huge so even if you are aware of the slope it can be hard to avoid.

Beautiful sea view! Good location fairly close to the Old Town (15-30 min depending on where you’re going). Be aware on your way out of old town it’s uphill — a taxi back would be pretty quick but we didn’t mind walking. Rocky “beach” about 250 steps down from the apartment and Banje Beach about 10 minutes down the hill. Good cooking facilities and you can eat out on the shared balcony (our room had a nice window with raised sitting as another option). Free parking was a huge plus — unsure why others have found an issue with it. The reviews mentioning it being across a “busy” road are referring to a single lane, one-way street which has a crosswalk.

The 10 am check out. It seems more places are opting for a 10 am check out and I think that's not reasonable at all considering majority of people are on holiday and you usually check in around 2/ 3 pm. This is especially not convenient when the place does not have any bathroom facilities outside of the rooms and your flight is later in the day. That being said, we could leave our luggage until our departure which was convenient for us!

The location is very convenient, not too far from the old town and close to a beautiful beach. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and the view from the common balcony stunning!

The room for 3 persons especially the bathroom and toilet were too small. Actually our room was very different from what we have seen online and so we were a bit disappointed when arriving. The pictures online are providing a cottage feel which is quite relaxing but we ended up having a very ordinary room.

I like that the villa feels like home yet with a view of Dubrovnik on the balcony!

Bathroom ceiling beams were low in the shower, and tall people can have a bit of a struggle there

View from the open balcony was amazing. No problems with parking, also the owner was so nice he let us park a little bit longer after our check-out. Room was clean and equipped.

The owner informed us during our check in that the booking amount did not include city taxes and we had to pay an extra fee even though booking referred to all taxes and charges were included.

The owner charged us as we walked on the door after that he showed us the rooms. Not a nice feeling. No toiletries. In the small bedroom the mattress is uncomfortable.

It's very close to the beach and close from the old town. Old house very nice reconditioned with a great balcony with sea view.
