This property was in a great location, down a charming side street in Dubrovnik old town. The room was larger than expected with some storage for clothes so that we didn’t have to live out of a suitcase. The bed was so comfortable with lovely linens.

Location just inside the city walls 🧱..in Dubrovnik it's important to stay on the lowest street level otherwise there are way too many stairs 😋

the location was fantastic- right in the old town but tucked down a side road so it was nice and quiet. the host was also really helpful as we arrived super late and they helped us get into the flat!

Internal stairs don't have a handrail and made of glossy stone, so feel unsafe. Bedroom could do with drawer space for clothes. Booking.com app sent us to the wrong "Old Town Finest" office across Stradun with the wrong phone number. We were checked in and given keys to an apartment, which turned out to be the wrong one and with the wrong company. We then had to repack 4 hours after arriving (not ideal) and go back to the office, where they contacted the correct owner. This urgently needs to be updated on Booking.com's details! The actual owner was lovely and made us very welcome when we eventually arrived.

Location was perfect within Old Town. Owner welcoming and very happy to help, providing rubbish collection mid week, fresh towels, etc.. Gave good advice on what to do during our stay. Living space attractive and spacious with aircon, tea/ coffee machine, dishwasher.

Excellent location. It is in the entry of the town, close to everything and yet very quiet and comfy.I waited for the keys to arrive (not long though) , a box with a code may be more effective.

Initially the location was not easy to find, there are no visible street signs so had to ask the locals which was frustrating. Upon arrival we rang the bell as no one opened the door so decided to called the number provided, it was only then a young guy let us in. He seemed rather cranky as though we had disrupted his sleep and so it wasn’t the best welcome. We were not very impressed with the studio, it was rather small, no wardrobes for storage and there was an open cinema in full swing right outside our window which was loud and rather annoying . This cinema was on pretty much every night of our stay so it made more sense not to be in the studio. The host did not provide any basic essentials such as tea, coffee, salt and sugar. We arrived late and we’re craving a hot drink, the supermarkets close at 10pm so we didn’t have much luck. In fact,, we didn’t even have a kettle! An absolute basic of amenities. Karla gave us a kettle but it did not work, we were told that new kettles had been ordered but were never given one in the end. The cooker was insufficient in heating the water and so it seemed like lukewarm coffee in the mornings was the way! I must say Karla helped us to boil our eggs by taking them away to boil.. so that was quite nice of her. She also provided extra towels and sheets. We asked for a later checkout as our flight was delayed and were told that as it was a Sunday, cleaning could only be done in the morning… what a daft reason personally :/. Anyway, do not expect the host to honor late checkout. Overall Croatia itself is spectacular and provides breathtakingly picturesque scenery, the people are not friendly nor welcoming so be prepared! Personally, we would not stay at this studio again….the host did not really go above and beyond

The appartment is located just next to a bar that plays music every night until midnight. It was quite annoying.
