The only downside were mosquitoes around the pool which is inevitable at this time of year. The lovely host offered spray etc.

We had an amazing stay at these apartments! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, making it perfect for a beach holiday. The apartment was spotless, and we appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. The amenities were excellent. We enjoyed using the grill for a few evening barbecues, and the pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The parking facility was convenient and made our stay even more comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful host. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable beach getaway.

If you’re looking for nightlife or busy bars then Sukosan is definitely not for you. It’s a beautiful sleepy village and perfect for those looking to just chill out. Haven’t got a bad word to say about the accommodation everything was perfect but maybe could’ve done with a kettle in the room but it didn’t spoil the experience. Only a couple of negatives. 1. Every boat or coach trip leaves from Zadar which will cost €20-25 each way. So makes any trip €50 dearer. 2. There NOT a smoking ban in Croatia. So be aware you’ll be sat in a restaurant eating dinner and someone will light up next to you 🤮

We had the garden room. It was immaculately clean modern and very well equipped. We had full use of the beautiful fully equipped garden kitchen next door. Sanja (the owner) can’t do enough for her visitors. She’s very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. She also speaks very good English 😊

The attention to design detail inside and out was exceptional. We were welcomed by the owners and given recommendations. It was our last day of the holiday and we were feeling a little sad about leaving . We were offered bikes so we tootled around the area to get our bearings and we were concerned about a late check out but that was no problem which put us at ease.It turned out to be the best day of the holiday we felt so relaxed and spoilt. The seafront was very quiet and some things were closed for the season but a couple of really good restaurants and bars which were buzzing .

Host Sanja was there upon arrival to greet us .So helpful with recommendation of local attractions ,restaurants etc .Well equipped and clean ,spacious apartment .Free bikes to ride .Few minutes walk to beach and village Centre .Two bakeries for morning croissants and a small supermarket .Swimming pool with loungers, bar, fridge ,tables ,seating .

Nothing really

Very nice estate with nice pool and outdoor dining area. All is beautifully designed and very well taken care of. Also very clean and comfortable with such a lovely welcome from the owner. Not far from Zadar, you can Uber there if you want a night without car, and otherwise just a few meters from the beach and a few min walk from Sukosan restaurants.

Great place with super nice people. Location close to the beach (walking distance) and center of the village ( also walking distance or with the bicycles available for free). Pool with fresh towels and the summer kitchen great place to relax. Zadar is not to far. Airport is very close. In the greater area there are many places to visit, possibilities for adventures. A place to make lots of good memories.

This was our favorite stay in Croatia, and maybe for all of Europe when our travels are done. Very relaxing and quiet. Nice clean pool to swim in. Rooms are modern and well-equipped. Bikes available to ride around the small village or to the beach. And Zadar is just 15 mins up the road. We couldn't have dreamt up a better place.

Simply great! We have seen various apartments in Croatia but this one surprised us positively. Lovely host. High quality materials in apartment. Good bed and bed linnen, very nice pool area with open kitchen. Free to use bikes nice to explore the area. Restaurant tip: Kod Gusto. Definitely recommended!

The villa is very cozy with an amazing open kitchen and a small pool in the back garden. The location is excellent, only 20 minutes drive from Zadar airport and private parking on the street. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom also. Very good contact with a wonderful and helpful host.

We couldn't have asked for anything better. The host (Sanja) is extremely helpful and nice. The location is right by beach, and close to the main street with restaurants, bars and cafes.
