The room we were staying was a standard size, double bedroom with balcony with sea view, shower/toilet room, small fridge and basic kitchen bits and bobs: water kettle, glasses, cups, cutlery. Room is finished to high standard as rest of the building and has inbuilt air con. Room was impeccably clean. Location is just amazing. On ground floor there is a small supermarket with all you need. Guest have allocated parking spot with a ramp for which you get a key issued. The beach is just across the road and bar/restaurant as well. Menu is standard grill menu with pastas and salads as well, and we were fine as there is plenty of choice. Beach has lots of sun and shade as well so you can choose what you like. Beach and sea entrance is made of smooth pebbles so if you’re not used to it get yourself scuba shoes(shop in ground floor has them). Nearby village centre is close, approximately 20 min walk but if you’re tired from long day on the beach and/or have kids a drive wound more sensible then walking: we walked and it was ok. The receptionist/manager Diana is just and absolutely amazing: she lives and breath customer service. Nothing is too much for her: from explaining direction to supplying us with extras( towels, etc) to supplying ice, offering food and beverages. Amazing, amazing woman indeed, as well like rest of the staff on premises. And one the most important thing: the sea is crystal clear and clean.

This property is brand new, modern design building, literally first row to the sea/beach.

I had a really nice weekend here!. I arrived late night after 22 and Diana, the administrator, was waiting for me despite the time. She was very nice and helpful. Also when I checked out Diana was very nice and let me stay a bit longer as my flight was at night. My room had a nice view to the beach. Everything was clean and in perfect conditions. I will definitely recommend this place to any of my friends who are visiting split!

Poor wifi sometimes, but of course it depends on users connected to network. Some dust in wardrobe and kitchen cabinet. Some stains on sheets and towel. THE BELOW IS SUBJECTIVE but it might help someone make a choice: I was missing some small night lamp to read a book in the evening. There was only ceiling light. The mattress was too soft and you could feel individual springs on your body. It gave my boyfriend back pain.

The apartment looks new and fresh. Big sink if you want to hand wash some clothes. Everything is clean however my towel had some make up stains on it, sheets too. Very good AC. There is parking available. We did not use it but there are tables outside on terrace with kitchen sink, grill etc. Awesome location! Supermarket is downstairs, beach bar across the street (they have coffee too). Balcony with a view. Fridge and kettle, sets of kitchenware for 2 people. Big wardrobe with huge mirror. Clean bathroom.

There was no one at the reception(like never), you just got a phone number to call at anytime but they didn’t answer or didn’t help , and the parking is tagged as for guest but everyone coming for a day parked there and we almost never got free parking . wifi didn’t worked at all

This is only a personal opinion. The bed was too soft and the 2-person bed was made out by two one-person type, so there’s a hole between them.

The location is perfect, everything is close to the apartment: beach, bus station, shop, free parking. The staff was so kind and the room/apartman was really clear and modern. Thanks for the opportunity for staying here.

Missing a washing machine. However, this is not critical and could be solved by having a bucket in which you could do it by hand and a drying rack to hang the clothes on afterwards.

super comfortable with great friendly stuff, clean, above the grocery store so you can get anything necessary quickly, and just across the beach and beach bar/restaurant so really good position
