We had an amazing stay thanks to Brankica and her family, who were really hospitable. Brankica kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the apartment, which was a really kind gesture. She provided us with helpful tips for our stay. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!

Bathroom needs an exhaust fan, urgently. It gets humid and hot real fast, but if you keep the window open, bugs get in. People upstairs had a kid from hell, we slept very little, just had to listen to that kid jumping up and down on the floor till early hours. Also, we had a room next to a common bathroom, and people would slam the doors late at night. My wife got attacked by a neighbours pitbull, and we also observed a lady with a small child from our balcony getting charged by the same dog, so watch for that on your way to the parking grounds. Beds need more coverings than one single sheet, blanket needs to be provided as well.

We liked the owner lady and her son in law a lot. Very friendly and accommodating. Our TV would not work and they ended up getting us a brand new Smart TV from the store in metter of hours. Liked the fact that we had a kitchen to be able to cook. Liked the brand new bathroom.

The wi-fi was cutting out from time to time. Also be ready for uphill location, if you walk by foot.

Excellent apartment, we had a studio with a balcony, which was quite enough for two people for a week. Very comfortable bed, clean everywhere. Very very nice hosts, with a wonderful helpful approach, we appreciate it very much. Plenty of parking space, which you will appreciate if you travel by car, no problem with parking. And yes, there is a steep hill from the town centre to the apartment, /300 m/-but we didn't see it as a problem at all, we went to the beach every day on bicycles, on the way back we did a little exercise while we pushed the bikes up the hill :-))). Makarska is all about hills, you have to deal with that when you go there.

the wifi was very weak and had to leave the room to get any reception

The room was clean and the host met us on arrival, they also helped us with the traffic when leaving, whatever we needed they were there to assist, it was only a short walk into town

The pillows were too high and a little too hard for me.

The host welcomed us the moment we arrived, there was also a small bottle of what looked like homemade wine in our room's kitchen. The apartment was walking distance to the center but a supermarket was walking distance too. The room was nice and spacious and everything was really clean. The bathroom was proper. Enjoyed our stay, I wish we could have stayed more than one day.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even a small kitchen. We stayed there just for one night, but this would be a great place for a longer stay. The view from the balcony was picturesque. There was a parking spot near the house. The host was very friendly.
