The tiny bathroom I guess, but it didn’t upset our stay.

Easy to park, good checkin, we have the room with terrace and sea view, lovely. Small bathroom, tiny shower with too big rain head. But it was spacious room. Plenitiful generous breakfast avsilable for E10,00.

Stayed on top floor Lots of stairs and my tall husband hit his head on ceiling going down the stairs Please put a sign with hotels name on outside wall. We had trouble finding it The only sign is on the glass door which was open so sign not visible.

The room is small, the bathroom is too small. There isn't space for the sink in the bathroom and the sink is situated in the room. I was at the fourth floor, there isn't lift.

The shower doesn’t have an overhead attachment so you have to hold it as you shower which was annoying. Can be loud when other guests are coming in and out, there doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing. They make you pay in cash and hadn’t warned us in advance - luckily we have free withdrawals abroad, but that could’ve incurred extra charges for us!

The air con is the best in Dubrovnik, which was very needed in the hot weather! Also amazing proximity to the city without the need to drag cases through it. Bed was comfy - memory foam mattress.

This facility only accepts cash payment. This wasn't made clear on the booking.com website and the confirmation email sent by booking.com. This caused us unnecessary stress as it is unusual, particularly post-Covid, to travel with >1000 euros in cash!! We unfortunately lost a lot of money trying to withdraw euros from ATMs. Booking.com needs to highlight this prominently on their site please.

Location is excellent to explore the old walled city and also right next to the cable ride up to Mount Srd - absolutely stunning views at sunset. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Smallish rooms but certainly workable, although ceiling rake is low, hit my head a few times. and only 5’11. Shower is small too.

Small shower, expensive room. I had reserved a parking space for motorcycle but had to park on the street that barely fit the bike. There is a small garage that can fit 2 small cars but we were not allowed to park there.

This property is cash only, which caused us to have to visit an ATM several days as we didn’t realize this when we checked in. There is only one key to the room, and we were traveling with our teenage son who likes to explore on his own, so it would have been nice to have 2 keys.

The hotel is a half block from Old Town, which was very convenient. The room was updated and looked very nice. The staff was very friendly, and even did a load of laundry for us towards the end of our stay. There is a cappuccino machine in the lobby, so it was nice to have coffee on the small front patio in the morning.

Would have liked to have a real coffee maker (e.g., small espresso machine) in the room - the instant coffee was gross. The hotel only accepts cash payment which can be an incredible pain when checking out. Also make sure you plan ahead if you need to check out before 8am to catch a ferry or flight as there will be no one to help you - this was not made clear

Location is phenomenal - just outside the old city wall. Rooms are clean but moderate comfort (beds are fun not great, bathroom nice but small)

Top (3rd) floor room and no lift

The hotel was very well presented, with some lovely decorative touches in the public areas. The rooms were comfortable, we even had as small lounge area
