Being really picky - there are trees that slightly block the view. This is clear from the photos on the website. The views are still amazing.

Generally a luxury feel. Wine, madeleines and a sweetly jar were an added bonus. Plenty of dishwasher and washing machine tablets provided. Mario was really helpful and Jasna really made you feel like her mission was to make sure you enjoyed your stay - thank you.

A beautiful, modern & clean apartment. With a lovely terrace and hot tub. 15minute walk from old town. Our host Gasper was amazing, full of knowledge and very helpful.

Exquisite apartment, designed to the last detail with everything we needed, jacuzzi was a great surprise, very comfortable, Great balcony overlooking the sea, 15 min walk to the old city saved us from moving the car and paying outrageous prices for parking. supper host - very kind and helpful, gave us great tips for touring Dubrovnik

It’s very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The property has a good assortment of appliances that we could make different types of coffee and cook some meal when we don’t feel like eating out. The view is amazing looking straight into the sea. The hot tub is a fantastic addition.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Mario was in regular contact leading up to arrival. The property location is on the fringe of old town, quiet, private and secure. Convenient parking out front. The panoramic views, size and facilities are truly outstanding. We were greeted with home baked cakes and wine. Planning on returning nxt year and will not stay anywhere else.

awesome apartment for visiting dubrovnik. extremely nice and helpful owners who thought of everything (coffee, wide assortment of teas, laundry pods and even tooth brushes!). the apartment is beautiful and immaculately clean with 2 beautiful balconies to spread out on! location is perfect with only a 15 min picturesque walk to town and has parking! loved our stay and the hosts! it deserves >10 rating!

It would be nice to have larger bath towels.

Immaculate, stylishly decorated, with lovely balcony space to eat breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine, and comfortable bedding. Mario was responsive and friendly, and left us a bottle of wine and tasty bakery goodies.

Hosts are great and flexible! Location is perfect, not too close to the busy old town so it's lovely and quiet ... close to 2 great beaches. Beautiful view from the apartment looking out to the sea...and great to have access to a private jacuzzi! Would highly recommend staying in this apartment!

Very little to fault with this place but there are a lot of steps to get to this unit. Otherwise perfect place for our family!

Gorgeous property with stunning views. Although you could walk to the Old Town coming back up the hill was difficult but we just took an Uber. The place is spacious, clean, great views and great service as well!

Villa King is very well appointed. The owners were very friendly and told us all about the apartment, local shops and recommended restaurants. The balcony is beautiful with a fantastic view, air conditioning and facilities in the apartment were perfect for us. We loved the location about 15 minutes walk from the city walls.

The only thing that could have been better was there were people in the unit above who were very noisily walking around. We could hear every foot drop - almost like they were trying to be loud. Might have just been other guests and that was just the luck of the draw.

Beautiful modern apartment with incredible views of the sea and old town of Dubrovnik. We had 2 private balconies to enjoy. Great contact from a helpful host who checked our arrival time and was then flexible when we arrived earlier than expected. Off street parking very helpful.

Beautiful villa with exceptional views and excellent location. Fantastic outdoor lounge and dining area. The hosts also went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.
