Villa King is very well appointed. The owners were very friendly and told us all about the apartment, local shops and recommended restaurants. The balcony is beautiful with a fantastic view, air conditioning and facilities in the apartment were perfect for us. We loved the location about 15 minutes walk from the city walls.

The only thing that could have been better was there were people in the unit above who were very noisily walking around. We could hear every foot drop - almost like they were trying to be loud. Might have just been other guests and that was just the luck of the draw.

Great location in Dubrovnik! Beautful apartment. VERY clean. And the hosts was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern apartment with incredible views of the sea and old town of Dubrovnik. We had 2 private balconies to enjoy. Great contact from a helpful host who checked our arrival time and was then flexible when we arrived earlier than expected. Off street parking very helpful.

The location was wonderful and the view fantastic. The apartment had everything you could wish for. Our hosts could not have done more for us (late night milk!!), giving us advice on where to go etc. Outside space was great, super big patio with stunning views and another small veranda. Main bedroom was great, 2nd one is small but perfectly adequate. Close to little shop for morning fresh baked bread. Right beside bus station where lots of tours go from

The villa was situated in a quiet part of Dubrovnik and was just a 15 minute walk into the old town. The facilities were excellent. It was lovely sitting out on the large private terrace at the end of a day sightseeing.

Mario the host was really helpful and answered any questions we had, he also helped with a taxi from the airport and a private boat tour of the islands. The location and apartment were stunning. The balconies had amazing views with lovely outdoor furniture. The old town was a 15 min walk (no steps and slightly down hill) we sometimes got an Uber back which was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. This was a perfect spot for our family vacation

Amazing. Two outside verandas with a stunning view of the bay and the Dubrovnik Old City. Interior decor was top notch and brand new and the suite was outfitted with a complete kitchen and every amenity. At our arrival we found a bottle of wine, Nespresso and cookies :)The host was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure (including rescheduling taxi to the airport for our Kids whose Flight was rescheduled). I will book again in the future.

Finding the Villa in google was hard. I had my car with me. I was driving and following the google map and it took me to a road above the Villa. It was a very narrow road and I couldn't turn my car there. A very nice taxi driver came to my rescue to turn my car around.

The view from the deck was awesome! The host Jasna is a very nice and friendly person. The host helped me to turn around my car, as it was little difficult to turn the car for me. The apartment was specious, comfortable, very clean, pretty and up to date. The old town and all the attractions are very close to the villa, only 10 minutes easy walk. I will be back there soon to stay longer period of time.

The hosts were very friendly. The apartment had beautiful views, and is pretty quiet location for so close to the old town. It was not too far from the old town, maybe 1km or so, and there was a great beach nearby.

Best part was comfort and cleanliness. Hot tub was cherry on cake. Dino was very much helpful in each aspect. Definitely if we will come again to Dubrovnik, I will come again.
