Katrina is a fantastic hostess, meeting us with a welcome libation and providing maps and advice. she offers 6 studios with small efficiency kitchens. we stayed in unit 6 upstairs with a great view over the Adriatic coast. property is located between Gruz ferry port and old city with reasonable walking to both. Bakery and grocery markets are even closer. Tough to find a better deal!

Excellent base to explore Dubrovnik. Katarina was very welcoming on arrival and gave us advice on the best ways to get to the old town

Spacious villa, with kitchenette, dining table, living room, and even had a washing machine we could use. Great Location, only 10-15min walk to old Town and a couple of beaches. The man who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming, and showed us the best places to visit on the map.

It is very clean and comfortable , and it is close to the shop and bakery and the owner is very helpful. Its a quick walk to the old town and not too far.

Katarina is a very sweet and very helpful person. We were very pleased with Katarina. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. Our room had a cute little terrace and we had a pleasant time there. We ate our meals there and drank our tea there. The location is 10 minutes walking distance to the old city and the sea. There were markets right next to it. Thank you very much to Katarina for everything.

Nothing, it was great.

We stayed for two nights. Airco was functioning and bathroom was great. You get a key for the fence and the door to the apartment and you return them on the day of your departure. The host was very friendly and showed us around the room. It was clean and not too far from the old city center. We walked everything during our stay, but we are young with young legs.

No ironing board, not many plug sockets. Also maybe add a glass shower screen in the bathroom instead of the curtain

The owner is very nice and send her husband to meet me on the road to bring to the place due to the google map is leading me in the different villa and dead end stairs. The villa is nice with beautiful and relaxing garden balcony.

If you have a big suitcase, keep in mind there’s quite a few stairs to get to the location.

Had great facilities, kitchen, washing machine etc. host was lovely, gave us cake :)

Lovely little room for our stay in Dubrovnik. The place is about 5-10 minute walk to the old town, it has a bakery and shop about 1 minute walk away. The terrace was a lovely touch, with fantastic choices for seating/ lounging. We walked everywhere in Dubrovnik but I believe there was a bus stop right outside too. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Excellent location about a 15 minute walk to Old Town. I had a great view of the sea. The hosts were exceptional and always asked if I needed anything. Great air conditioning and comfortable bed.

Perfect location, very close to local shop and 10-15 min walk to old town. 15-20min walk to beautiful beach. Katarina very friendly, my mum had lovely chat with her.

You need to carry your bulk suitscase all the way from many staircases.

Adorable accommodation, good location and warm hearted owner... Quite accessible to Old town and small market. Bus stop also nearby.
