Furniture was not modern with pieces missing at times. Smelly bathroom and guests were a bit noisy

Our apartment shower gets warm after a long wait. Is the apartment on the last floor.

Location walking 10 minutes to Trogir old city and a beach closer, 100 m. Free parking. The apartment is great for couples or families with a child. Great views from every window, including the toilet.

Shower was unfortunately not very convenient as we had to wait 10-15 minutes for hot water. I'd probably suggest improving the shower amenities by putting at least one shelf for containers. And the shower curtain was very uncomfortable to close.

The room was spacious, had everything we needed (kitchen, crockery) lovely terrace with a view! We were also able to be given everything we needed for cooking - oil, salt, pepper - so we didn't have to buy this as we were only there for 4 nights. When we had a problem with our door lock, we had the issue resolved that day!

Beds were very creaky and noisy, though were comfortable.

There are not enough parkplaces, We wanted to leave in the morning and another guest was blocking our way. The reception was not available. I do not recommend this apartment if you are arriving by car.

The temperature of the water in the shower was a bit hard to adjust but once you get the hang of it, it's really not a problem.

We really liked our apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. You can reach Trogir's main attractions on foot. Air-con was a great plus. Welcoming host, too. Overall great value for the money.

everything was great. In the room air conditioning and fridge, bathroom with shower. You can use the kitchen at the reception. Very good location, 10 minutes to the center and 40 meters to the beach.

Only thing is that wifi was not connecting that well and that there were no kitchen amenities (it had a fridge but only 2 plastic glasses for instance). In general good place!

1. Location. Very comfortable, close to the beach (50 m), old town, food market, fish market (500 - 600 m), on the same street, 50 m from the villa, there is an excellent bakery, with a large selection, open from 6:30 am. Grocery store Studenac - 150 m, you will find everything you need, open 6:00-21:00 2. The staff is attentive and helpful, responds quickly to requests, is always available. The staff is very kind and understanding, on the day of departure they allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening because our flight was on late evening. We are very grateful to them for that. Upon request, from the villa staff we received a phone number for transfer to and from the airport. The service was of high quality and the price was also very good, driver Gordana is nice person. 3. Accommodation. We lived in an apartment with a sea view. Very clean, tidy, fresh smelling, cozy. The views from the balcony and all the windows are amazing. The balcony is large, there is a table with comfortable chairs, a dryer, and a even the candles for cozy sitting in the evenings. The bed is big, the pillows are comfortable, the bedding is good. We had a kitchen, which is well equipped, there are enough dishes and tools, there are really all the conditions to cook food. The kitchen had washing-up liquid, new sponges, kitchen towels. We found salt, pepper, sugar, tea. The refrigerator has a small but sufficient cooling chamber. The villa also has a large shared kitchen that can be used by all residents of the villa. There is a small library in the reception. There are deckchairs and beach mattresses that can be used. Aircondicion worked very well. We always had hot water, always, in 7 days, no problem, I don't really understand why there are so many complaints in the reviews. Wifi in the living room also works normally.

The property was worn out and not very clean. The air conditioning was barely working, the bathroom was very crampy and the fan didnt work. The faucet in the kitchen sink was a shower faucet. The 3rd person sleeping option in the apartment for 3 was a mattress on the floor. The beds were uncomfortable.

The location was good and staff was nice. There was a beach nearby and the old town was in walking distance.

There was rarely hot water, ants everywhere, especially in the kitchen, walls were really thin and neighbours very loud. There isn't enough of parking spots, if you come with a car you never know if there is place for you. The cherry on our one week stay was, that the owners dog came between the balcony fence and pooped on our balcony. Unfortunately, Villa Jadran left a feeling that you are just another tourist and not a guest.

In peak summer heat the walk to old town is a bit far, traffic is also not great for Ubers or public transport. Shower was broken, staff weren’t often at the front desk however were very helpful.

The room was not in perfect conditions, especially the lock of the door which needs maintenance and the shower which changed autonomously hot and cold water…
