It is a little out the way to the old town, however, we enjoyed the walk and a taxi is only 5/10 minutes journey

I would say a carpet would be really nice for the floor but it’s just my opinion.

Everything was perfect, if you stay in the Villa you don’t want to leave it because simply you have everything what you need, I recommend it to everyone who want to vistit the city of Zadar, the only place you have to consider for your stay is the Villa Franica. and thanks to the host for her advices and explanations, she is a really good lady.

The stay has been great, you have directly filled like home everything clean a pool and jacuzzi is the bonus. I think it depends on when you travel there, the pool was unfortunately cold which is not so bad it brought back a lot of energy and then in the warm jacuzzi. Beaches and the city or to eat you have to drive unfortunately they are a bit further away but for that you have the opportunity to look at a beautiful sunset every day.

Beautiful apartment not far from the centre of Zadar. The kitchen is well equipped, and the whole apartment is very comfortable and clean. Pool is perfectly sized and in the sun.

Great host, great apartment, nice pool. We didn't have a car but central Zadar is only €5 in an Uber. Nin is well worth a day trip

Place is amazing - clean and with everything you can think off. Swimming pool and jacuzzi make a day. Not far away from the city and quiet area. looks like buildings around are completed. perfect place

Absolutely nothing

Nicely styled, comfortable apartment with everything what you need to have a great holiday. We gratefully made use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi.. The owners live in the same building and are really friendly... you do not see them very often but they are always available in case you have questions. so if you are keen on privacy there is no issue. Location is in the outskirts of Zadar, 10 minute drive to the city center and ideally located as a starting point to explore the region. As you can read in other ratings, construction works are ongoing close by (from Monday to Saturday), but even if construction works started at about 7 a.m., we always slept until 8, 8h30. Only thing you need to do is to close the windows, that way you don't really hear it. So it wasn't really an issue for us.

Beautiful and clean apartment, refreshing drinks in the fridge for our arrival. Franica accommodated our early arrival and introduced herself once she arrived back to the property. Plenty space inside the apartment and being able to cool down in the pool at 35 degrees was just what we needed. Highly recommended and already wanting to rebook for later on in the year.

Nothing bad to say! A bit far from the port as in 20' walk but ubers are super cheap and i think there is a bus stop nearby

The only thing that let it down was the fact there is a lot of construction going on around the villa and it is quite a distance away from the old town. We needed a taxi to get around everywhere.

Everything was excellent. The villa was beautiful, the owners were lovely and welcoming. There is a private hot tub and stunning pool. We had a lovely view overlooking the sea from a distance where we could watch the sunset.

This was the best holiday i went on, I would recommend any to stay at this property if you are flying to Croatia. The host was very lovely, we was greeted at the property and everything was immaculate inside, I would say she thought everything through about what you would need in an apartment as we had everything. The hot tub was amazing to be in every night, it was located to so many different shops and things to do. It was so cheap in an uber and getting round. I would definitely say if you want to relax this is the place to be. It is exceptional and amazing. I would defo return next year. Thank you so much Villa Franica.

There is some construction nearby but this didn’t bother us as we were out all day.

Lots of space and well equipped. Thoughtful food and drink provided for arrival. Owners very helpful and printed our travel documents. Quite at night. Good base to explore Zadar and area.
