We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI wish it cost a little bit less, but that would be regarding everything in Split, which has some inflation issues. This is a little tough for everyone, especially the locals.
I really don’t want to admit how great this place is because I will probably never be able to get a booking there again if it gets any more popular. Villa Diana is a wonderfully modernized property housed in a historic building. We loved the beautiful and gracious room with top quality furnishings in impeccable shape and cleanliness. The staff Marcos was so helpful and it was so clean (I hope you guys tip housekeeping because it is that good!) and quiet and the location was excellent for traveling in and out of Split via bus and boat services. Also nearby are tour services and everything Split has to offer. Top quality breakfast with many options and cooked to order eggs. Also gluten-free for us. Unfortunately, for Split in 2024 expenses are increasing, but at least you get your money’s worth when you pay more here. We did local market shopping, tours in the city, day tours that left the city, and took the bus to Togir so easily from this excellent site. The thick walls and windows on this building insulate you and it is very quiet. This neighborhood also goes to sleep at night. But you only have to go a couple of blocks to party hearty all night.

Comfortable room with every facility we could have needed. We had a quiet and restful night’s sleep. Excellent bathroom with powerful, hot shower. Great breakfast. Exceptionally accommodating staff. Very convenient for those wanting easy, walkable access to the port area for ferry or cruise connections. Good value … highly recommend!

It was a special treat to be offered fresh eggs cooked for breakfast. The location was very convenient to the old city.

In a great location close to the old town, and in a lovely building. A few steps up to reception but Marco was on hand quickly to help with luggage, and an umbrella if it was raining. Marco was so helpful it really made the stay a real treat. The room was very nice. We had the ground floor room so no more steps to negotiate. Room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The included breakfast was very good also.

AustraliaThe hotel is up a hill not too difficult to manage taking our suitcases but if mobility is an issue it’s not based on flat area of Split. Staff were very helpful to carry bags up stairs.
The property is easy walking distance into the old town and boulevard (approx 10 mins). The room themed in nautical decor, was clean and comfortable.
