Stairs quite narrow at the top as they had a turn but we are quite mobile and soon got used to it.

Had a lovely weeks stay in the top two apartments.Views were amazing and balconies huge with table, chairs and sunbeds. Apartment was very clean, large and beds extremely comfortable. Our host collected us from Dubrovnik town and took us to the airport on our departure at very reasonable cost. Would happily stay here in the furure and highly recommend. Communication from booking through to our stay also excellent. Photos are very accurate and actually rooms are larger, especially the bedroom than shown on photos.

Need some air to circulate in the bedroom. Other than that everything was perfect.

Nice location not to far from town, had everything you need. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Some of the kindest people I have met in Croatia. Great price and great views.

10++++ This is a wonderful very clean, modern and spacious apartment with a fantastic balcony overlooking the town and the bay.The apartment is equipped with everything you need.Zeljka,the owner is a really friendly helpful person.We had a great six days there and would highly recommend it.We will return.

Evertything was great!

It was a lovely stay. The host is wonderful, friendly and guest focused. Rooms spacious and clean. Large terrace with a great view. Daily (or every other day) room service. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. If we come to Cavtat again, Apartmenst Villa Ana will be our first choice of accommodation for sure :)

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ana. We had a top-floor apartment with fantastic views of Cavtat bay and it was perfect for watching the sun go down on the balcony with a drink in the evening. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed home to eat some nights and we had everything we needed. It is also spotlessly clean and towels and bedding were changed every other day. We even had our own beach towels washed! The apartment is in a great location, just a 10-minute uphill walk from the centre of the town. There is however an amazing restaurant just around the corner and the bus stop to Dubrovnik is just a few minutes walk away. The host family are very warm and friendly and were extremely helpful. On arrival, we found two cold beers in our fridge. We were provided with a transfer to the airport and back at no extra cost and while we waited for our lift back were also given a beer! 10/10

You have to go up the hill geting back from the beach.

Apartment is very well equiped: there are beach towels and in the kithen you can find coffee machine, toaster, microvawe, dishwasher, there is hairdryer. Apartment has air-conditioning. Owner was super nice and helpfull. Apartment is clean and located at quiet neighbourhood and looks like freshly renovated. It was cleaned every day.

Everything was just perfect! 🤩

The owner / landlady was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was cleaned at least twice a week. They even offered towels for the beach. We had the upper floor apartment and the view was breathtaking from the balcony. There were enough kitchen utensils to cook a dinner in case we were too tired to go the restaurant to eat. They also fetch us from the airport and drove us back there when it was time to leave this lovely town. We can highly recommend this apartment to everyone! Hope we can return some day there.

The owners were very pleasant and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were collected and returned to the airport at no additional cost. The apartment was regularly cleaned and beach towels/mats were provided. It was great to have sunbeds on the balcony as well as a table and chairs.
