Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAircon wasn’t as cooling as expected (it was ok for us as it wasn’t the height of summer) and the pillows were too thin.
Amazing view, and lovely apartment good for short or long stay. It has all the amenities including car & quad hire. You are very close to the town of Kut and an easy 20 min walk to Vis town. Host was super accommodating, gave us a lift from and back to the port which was a great help.

CyprusThere's no curtain in the shower, so the bathroom floor gets quite wet when you shower.
The house is in a quiet street with a nice view of the town from a green veranda. There is free parking and a launderette in a separate shed with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the owner very kindly left us a delicious home-made cake. The beds were very comfortable and the house is nicely decorated and bright, and the overall combination makes it a great place to relax.

United KingdomOnly downside in the heat was walking up the hill to get back to it but it was worth it for the view. You can always get a moped!
I absolutely love this place. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home, the giant bed in the living room near the ac faces out over the bay if you open the shutters and the terrace has a gorgeous view over the bay and town. The walk in shower is glorious and the second bedroom is still a good size if required. The hosts were incredibly helpful and sweet, collecting us from the harbour on arrival, and leaving us cake. They were to help with our issues too.

United StatesAwesome view of Vis Harbor. Is about a 5 minute drive from the ferry. view from the terrace overlooks the entire gorgeous bay. And do yourself a favor and walk just past the house on the main road an hour before sunset and the views are stunning. House is very spacious and comfortable. kitchen is very well equipped. Bikes and ATVs avail for rent from host (My brother rented a bike). We took the blue cave tour while on the island and had a great time. Parking is on site. Very comfy stay. King bed in the living room and queen in the bedroom. Perfect for my brother and I. Lots of outlets and lots of bath and beach towels. also great drying rack for clothes/towels.

The Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside with lots of plants and outdoor furnishings. There was pretty much everything you could need: Washing machine, dryer, dischwasher, toaster, Waffel maker, mixer and much more. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

CroatiaThe first thing is the location which is overseeing the bay and the ferry port in Vis city. Wonderful especially at night. You have peace and quiet atmosphere, but close enough to everything Vis has to offer. Beautiful beach 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The owners are extremely pleasant and there when you need them. The apartment is all you can ask for when staying on the island. And be sure to use the grill at the back of the house. All in all highly recommended and when we get back to the island we would love to stay there again.

We loved staying here. Vedrana and her husband were so kind! We were welcomed with great hospitality and homemade cakes. Walking distance to Vis old town. The appartment has all the facilities you need.
