Our family enjoyed staying in this large 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the palace.

We loved our stay at Villa Nepos and would recommend to anyone. The hosts were wonderful meeting us and carrying our bags to our room. The breakfast each morning was delicious and convenient. We wish our rooms had been in the same building but this was not possible. There were some flies in one of our apartments which were annoying. All in all we could not have been more comfortable in the heart of Old Split.

I liked the quick responses to communication. I liked being met and helped with luggage up the stairs. The apartment is beautiful. The location excellent. Tomislav and Lovro were very nice and helpful.

The photographs do not do the property justice. It is like living in history. The hotel/apartment is nestled between the historic remnants of the Roman world. The property itself is stunning and in keeping with its location. The staff at the property are very helpful and happy to suggest things to do and places to eat.

The location of the hotel apartment was absolutely perfect and enabled us to explore the city with ease. The space was incredible - beautifully presented and very clean. We wanted to stay longer! The breakfast was offered was delicious with fresh organise juice and coffee. I cannot recommend highly enough. Our two children loved their stay too and we look forward to returning. The Manager was also amazing - helped with our luggage and airport transfer. Brilliant! Thank you.

Only issue is finding the door for the reception. It is on an unassuming street with small sign easy to map quest Call and make sure reception is there if you arrive before check in time to store your bags.

This is not a hotel. Several large unit with kitchen bed room and baths decorated in historically correct design. It is very close to great restaurants, is in the Roman city and a few blocks from the port

The location and staff we both outstanding. The room was perfect for us with plenty of room to spreadout. We also appreciated the small kitchen that included a refrigerator with a freezer.

I loved everything

The apartment was huge. It was in the Best location. We literally stayed in a palace. Very clean too. Our whole family loved this place. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back again.

Location, interior styling, space with attentive, helpful hosts. Was the perfect end to our stay in Croatia. The location meant we could get up early and have a meander through the streets of Split before it got busy. Would def recommend and should we return to Split in the future we would definitely look to book Vila Nepos.

Excellent property located in the heart of Old Town. Extremely spacious and well equipped, it was perfect for us in the mid-point of our road trip up the Adriatic Coast (we started in Dubrovnik). It worked very well for us as our girls are now 11 & 13 so we definitely now need more space than we did before.

All is good

You feel like a king in your castle! Its so nice and quiet. You cant believe you are actually in the middle of Split. Once you enter the building it feels like you entered a castle in the middle of the forest. And then you open the window and see you are in historical part of town which is amazing.

Great location. Right in the centre of old split. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Tastefully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings. The staff were very helpful with luggage and restaurant recommendations.

It was spacious, comfortable, there were separate air conditioners in every room, the kitchen was fully equipped, there is a washer/dryer and the location is perfect! We were right in the palace and everything was within the walking distance, including the main port. Lovro reached out a day before our check in and stayed in touch and I texted him whenever I had any questions. He helped us out numerous times. It was an amazing stay! Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic - so unique and convenient! The size of the apartment is massive. It’s more like a house in the middle of the square. Tomislav and Lovro were very accommodating and considerate. Tomislav is a great communicator and always has solution for any questions. Only wish we could’ve saying longer. This place will not dissappoitn!

It was a home away from home in the heart of Split. Everything was so thought through. The service with an airport service to tour ideas were amazing. We got to rest at a home environment, washed our clothes from the previous trip and stepped out to the vibrant Split old town within seconds. Everything was super clean and five star!

Only minor things. We would have appreciated if beach towels were provided and we didn't have to buy them for the 4 of us for only one swim. Also recommend adding hand soap in the kitchen:)

The decor is stunning, in character with being part of the Diocletian Palace. It is a superb look with quality fittings, furniture and wonderful art work. Great shower, air con effective (it was 40 degrees whilst we were there so it was tested!) and beds are comfortable. The location cannot be beaten. Toma the manager welcomed us on arrival, helping with (heavy) bags and did the same farewelling us on departure. He was excellent, always available for advice and assistance - very personable. The breakfast can be taken a la carte at a delightful restaurant around the corner or if you prefer a buffet at another nice cafe a few more steps away but still close. Both were good. We enjoyed our stay!

My only suggestion would be to offer a washcloth with the bath towels and hair conditioner with the shampoo. That would be really convenient and make the stay a bit more comfortable.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful and willing to offer suggestions for meals and let us know about the nearby attractions. It was really fun to stay within Diocletions Palace walls. We could hear the music from the square, seek small breaks in the air conditioning during the heat of the day, get Gelato anytime we felt like it, and overall, the ambiance and vibe of the old town and Riva. Beautiful and comfy accommodations. An unforgettable view from the windows. Nice to have breakfast before starting our day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Split!

Nothing about the room could have been better,, it was great. We did have a car and parking is very hard, there is a surface lot about a five minute walk but it was full when we got there so we had to drive around, the host was very helpful, he came with us and we found a spot, but driving in Croatia was somewhat challenging, the highways are fine but the city roads are ridiculously narrow and winding, no guardrails.

The apartment looked exactly or nicer that the pictures, it was just beautiful. Tomislav was our contact and he was amazing, really helpful with everything. The location is right in the old town, there is breakfast included, which is a nice buffet. The room is really amazing.
