The shower head needs to replace and one of the rooms’s toilet is outside of the room.

The host is very friendly. She is happy to help. The location is not far from the old town and transport stations.

-Although we already knew the apartment wasn’t very close to the old town, it took us more than 35 minutes to get there for every walk trip, taking into account the big uphill when coming back home and the sketchy streets if you have to walk during the night. (Wouldn’t recommend it if you are not in shape) -The room was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom (the tap was losing water all the time and the shower head too). -We stayed in the ground floor room which was kind of noisy during the night since motorbikes and cars pass by very fast.

The room was overall comfortable. The host was really kind and flexible since we got nice details before starting our visit in the city. The room was clean and the AC worked well. Comfortable beds and clean bed sheets as well as good space in the room. It also has a private parking spot just in front of the house. Supermarket and bus stop were also close to the apartment.

Everything is exactly like the images. The room was a really decent size as well as the balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning! I felt really safe my whole stay, and everyone was so welcoming and kind. The walk from the guesthouse to the old town is about 30/40 minutes which is a lovely walk and super convienient (it is all uphill on the way back be warned but you will have great legs by the end of your stay 😅) Ankica was an amazing host who couldn't do enough for you. Thank you so much! I will definitely be booking again for my next visit to Dubrovnik.

Road outside rather busy and noisy. Location required access by either steep hill or steps. Very tight for parking or turning-even taxis struggle.

Spacious room, ground floor with terrace. Room had huge, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful host. Fridge and kettle in room. Nice sitting area outside. Local restaurant, bakery and shop excellent and with local (not tourist) prices.

The bathroom was private for us only but it was not in our room. It was in the apartment passage and this we had to leave the room to access the bathroom. That caused a bit of inconvenience but was manageable and not a big issue.

The price was absolutely a bargain for the room. Beautiful view, friendly host, had all that we needed. Parking was available which is a big must if you visit Dubrovnik with a car as parking places are very expensive and the streets are very narrow as well.

I liked everything...Anna is a very lovely lady. She will give you information when you arrive..but she is quiet and will not intrude on your privacy during your stay. This location is wonderful though there are no beaches here. This Guesthouse is located on a height so is not suitable for people with knee problems or walking difficulties ..But otherwise it is one of the best locations and best rooms I have had the pleasure to stay at ..I give this guesthouse a ten out of ten❤️

The location was a little far from old town, but If you enjoy take a walk is really amazing all of views you have to old town and harbor.

The reception from Ankica was so helpfull and kind, she gave us all information what we needed to know.

The only little drawback to our room was that the bathroom was separate from the room, one had to go to hallway and enter the bathroom from hallway. It was still a private bathroom, only for one room. A minor, nevertheless nuisance.

Beautiful view to admire sitting on balcony. A sunset there will definitely be remembered for a long time. A very nice clean room, private parking.

Only thing was our kitchen was shared, not a big issue. It was great that we even had one to use while there.

The location was excellent. Uber was super cheap so easy to get into the old town or anywhere else we wanted to go. The host was fantastic and kind.
