Juice offer at breakfast - very artificial taste of orange and apple juice. Check out should be set at 11h instead of 10h.

Everything was really nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the offer was rich. Some staff at breakfast were not really kind and seemed to be bothered. On the hand, staff at the reception, especially young blonde lady at our check-out was so kind and helpful! The view from hotel bar is exceptional!

Great Hotel in a nice location with amazing staff. I forgot my suit jacket there and they retrieved it and stored it for us to pick up on the way home some days later. Had much worse experience in hotels with more stars before so this shows the staff is well trained and truly cares about their guests experience from start to finish

Very little written information anywhere. As a couple in our 60’s we would have appreciated written information in the room to tell us about the facilities at the hotel eg there was an ‘ a la carte ‘ restaurant which you apparently had to book the day before so we were unable to visit .

Very clean . Extensive . Large pools . Help yourself restaurant food was very fresh and you could hardly want for anything . It was amazing .

Food choice for breakfast was very wide, very delicious food. Every evening there’s a live music entertainment with amazing view on the outdoor terrace. Swimming pool was great with amazing infinity pool view. The beach is a short walk away

We booked a double room for the two nights we stayed but were given two single beds pushed together with single bedding on each. We raised with reception but it didn’t get addressed until the second day - and that was after chasing. They offered for us to change rooms on evening of our second night as we were going out for dinner and as we only had a short stay didn’t want to do that. They put double sheets and duvet to keep single beds together but it wasn’t ideal, certainly given the hotel was not particularly cheap. That was a little frustrating.

There really only was one thing, and don't let it put you off staying. I run at a slightly higher temperature, so I enjoy a slightly cooler bedroom. The air-conditioning was on the lowest, but it had be restricted. I asked if the temperature could go down lower, which they did take the restrictions off, but the aircon was no cooler. I don't know if this is a fault or not. For me it was on the limit of being a little warm, for others, they may find it absolutely fine. It wouldn't stop me from returning, but that really is the only thing.

The whole set up was fantastic. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. Everywhere was cared for. The food in both the A La Carte restaurant and buffet was superb. Especially the A La Carte, that is definitely fine dinning. There was plenty of staff available throughout the day and night. The entertainment was good, which is something I usually wouldn't say. Live bands and singers, who played to a decent standard. I would say that if you can afford to, I would insist on paying for V Level at this hotel. Everything is just that little bit better. Even at the beach at the sister hotel you get your own area with refreshments. Really, everything was great.

Really lovely hotel. Everything was perfect for us. The views & outlook are lovely, set in extensive gardens with relaxing places to ‘lounge’. Pool is very relaxing with a nice pool bar & an indoor pool beside it if you want a warmer swim. All the little touches were there, like enough comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Nice walk along the waterfront promenade to a restaurant & bar area

in the spa area there are black molds on the walls. that can be dangerous. after seeing that we did not use the facility. on the beaches you need to pay extra for sunbed.

The rooms are nothing like on the photos. We changed the room three times and almost forth time. At times it felt like the staff didn't want to understand what we meant.

I didn’t like the grill in balcony I understand it is for security reasons, but if made of glass, I think it would look better otherwise I have no complaints

Although we got our room cleaned twice a day they sometimes forgot to take used cups/glasses and the fruit basket we got went off but no one removed it or changed it.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and great location. Staff was excellent in making sure our trip was fun and relaxing, providing options for us to do activities and booking them. V-level guest treatment was wonderful and definitely worth every bit paid for it. From the airport pick up and drop off to the happy hour and the a la carte breakfast! What more could we ask for! Would 100% recommend!
