Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Excellent location right in the middle of town and spotlessly clean. Lovely hot shower. Plenty of clean towels. Hair dryer available and even a washing machine. Robert the owner contacted us on WhatsApp to confirm our time of arrival and I rang him on arrival and he was waiting for us in the apartment and came straight down to let us in. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is very very clean, you have enough space for two people. They take care of every detail, you have everything, also in the kitchen and in the bathroom, that you could need during your stay. The location is also very very good, in the center, and although you enter the building from a super loud street, inside you don't hear anything, not even with open windows. The host is very friendly and available for any problem, our plane for exapmle had a two hours delay and we arrived very late in the evening, but he was very chill and understanding about it. We also had a drink together one evening and found out a lot about croatian history. :) So thank you for everything, I really reccomand this place!

Extremely central location. The apartment had everything you could need and was kitted out with tea, coffee and sun cream! Cooking facilities were available. Host was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations (bruschetta and kantuna were amazing!) Luggage storage just around the corner was very cheep. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had air con which was a relief in the heat!
