Masses of tourists, impossible to eat anywhere except the very full buffet restaurant. Not really what I was looking for. There was no salt and pepper, or oil in the kitchen.

The location, close to the sea and to beautiful Rovinj. Upon request we got more blankets and pillows.

Once Croatia in euro money zone,nasty things happens...7 euro a water-taxi trip to Rovinj one way for an adult is ...well too much.The food this time WAS NOT as good as usual,the same poor food every breackfast(for 9 days this is way too much),dinner being extremely poor,even not enough food for few evenings.The cook must have been drunk because every time the so called soup had no taste at all,being only some coloured hot water.The few other kind of food availble were obviously cooked by someone who has no idea what must have be done.Over all,food was NOT GOOD.Another problem was that they condensed the activity of the restaurant in almost half of dining area,and that area had NO AIR CONDITIONONG .You can imagine how enjoyble is to have dinner at 32-34 Celsius degrees...The same problem with AC seems to be everywhere,even in our bungalow the AC was barely enough to keep a temperature of 26-28 inside,wich is a little bit at the highest point of comfort zone.I discussed with many travellers and they all said:I RATHER PAY 150 EURO MORE AND IMPROVE FOOD AND AC.We all know that price is making difference,but this time they spared money and this is against the comfort stay of guests.My tip:There are AC equipements A+++ today,Buy them and replace the 25 years old and inefficient systems.Hire a couple of cooks which are able to cook properly.

We are here the third time.As usual staff is ok and overall everything is clean.You will find enough parking places,of course those who want the car in front of the door will be dissapointed.The accomodation is a lottery,depending of what kind of bungalow they prepared for you and where.Koffe was very good but the maschines are trimmed to give you only 30 ml of koffe,so if you wanted a good koffe you should take at least 4 ,making the bystanders nervous.WIFI improved this time but still slow sometimes.

This year we found ants in kitchen, but bought "poison" and solved problem in two days. And we recommend to improve service in pizzeria.

Our family (My wife and I - retired, our daughter with two boys 4,5 and 7) had really nice and comfortable time. The beach is very convenient. New children playing site is perfect. Some days the sea water was polluted by water grass but we used the pools. Location was excellent! Thank you very much for administration! We asked for booking the same apartment as in 2023, and we received it.

Cleanliness: The older apartment we stayed in was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The floors and areas under the beds were particularly neglected. • Squeaky Beds: The beds were very squeaky, which was disruptive, especially for light sleepers and children. • Faulty Doors: The bedroom doors didn’t close properly and were squeaky, adding to the noise issues. • Uncomfortable Sofa Bed: The sofa bed was difficult to operate and quite noisy. I even hurt my finger while trying to set it up. • Outdated Cooker: The cooker in the apartment was very old and took a long time to cool down, making the kitchen uncomfortably hot. • Expensive Amenities: Everything from supermarket items to resort activities (e.g., €5 for 5 minutes on a trampoline, €17 for a sandpit toy) was overpriced. • Poor Evening Buffet: The evening buffet was disappointing, especially for kids. There were no simple options like Bolognese pasta, white rice, or pizza margherita. Adult food was okay but not impressive. • Lack of Basics in Apartment: The apartment didn’t come with any basic supplies like sugar or oil, so we had to bring everything ourselves. Bad wifi, burned all my data!!

• Location: The resort is in a fantastic location, offering beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. • Clean Pool: The pool was well-maintained and enjoyable for the whole family. • Nice Beach: The beach was lovely, clean, and perfect for kids. • Kids Club: Our children loved the kids club, which offered various activities and entertainment. • Live Music: The live music in the evenings provided a great atmosphere for relaxing. • Boat, Train and Bus Ride: The rides to the nearby town Rovinj was a highlight for our kids and a great experience overall. • Easy Booking and Check-in: The booking process and check-in were seamless and hassle-free. • Private Doctor Access: Having access to a private doctor on-site gave us peace of mind. • Free Sunbeds and Parasols: The resort provided free sunbeds and parasols, which was a nice touch for resort guests • Kids Playground: The playground was well-equipped and safe for our children. • Housekeeping: A cleaner checked in every other day to see if we needed new towels or bedding. • Spacious Terraces: Our apartment had spacious terraces on both sides, perfect for outdoor relaxation. • Close to Supermarket: The supermarket was within walking distance, which was very convenient.

At some point of our staying the extractor in the bathroom broke and this was reported to the reception. The technician came in, looked and said that we will fix it the next day morning. Unfortunately no one showed up and the last few days, we had a lot of hot moisture in the bathroom after each shower. Also one of the metal milk jug was rusty on the bottom which doesn't look good. There could be more parking spaces around red and 3xx apartments.

The place is fantastic, close to the sea, with hammock next to the apartments, play grounds, pitches to footbal, volleyball or basketball. Sanitary facilities are great, very close to the sea, with perfect cleanliness. Apartments are with A/C, clean, and equipted sufficiently. There is space to make a meal, get rest and drink coffie on the patio.

There are a few maintenance problems that we found that in our apartment, 379. The bathroom tap is not working properly and the lamp next to the mirror did not work. The shower handle was leaking. Air conditioning control unit is defected in the bathroom. Toilet flush is not strong enough. I recommend a proper checklist for regular maintenance. Despite of these issues we enjoyed the place and probably will go back next year

All staff members were very helpful, dedicated, and polite. The beachfront area is not overcrowded. There are plenty of shades under the trees, and several sunbeds are available with umbrellas for free. We encountered safe and family friendly environment, kids also enjoyed several entertaining programs that were organized without extra charge. There are plenty of parking place which is bright and safe. My son, who had his birthday then got an extra cake as a surprise. It was very kind!

There were no AC units in the house. It was cool enough at night to open the Windows but unfortunately there are so many seaguls nesting on the roof. They will keep you up at night chatting.

Loved the house and Layout of the village. We enjoyed the pools, beach and activities. Parking was easy and the kids loved all the playgrounds around. Restaurant was very good even though it was very busy.

At dinner, some of the food was not even hot enough when you put it on the plate, but this must have been due to the large number of guests, as the staff had to serve a huge amount of food. The worst part of staying there was the last day/night. 600 students arrived and almost blew the place up, and the calm that had been there turned into a nightmare in an instant. The students were making noise in every part of the apartment village, it was impossible to rest, even at 11pm the noise was unbearable. I said the first two days that I would definitely return here, which I did not refuse, but I would make sure to ask when booking if any students were coming for sports week and if so, I would avoid the place. Good place, but only without student guests arriving for sports week. Unfortunately, they are frequent guests.

Apartment for two people, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, but if you're paying for half board, the kitchen is not important. Comfortable bed, small but sufficient bathroom. Breakfast and dinner are both generous, buffet style.
